I'm interested in learning the original languages of the bible. Does anyone have any good resources or know of a beginner's course in koine Greek and/or ancient Hebrew?

Below are a couple of links that interpret the Dead Sea Scrolls into English as well as a site that shows some of the oldest New Testament Manuscripts. I know this is not what you asked for but I thought it would help those who also may be interested to look into these areas as well.
