Fast Tracking the North American Union

By Daymond Duck

In the early 90s, before the U.S. Congress voted on NAFTA, Henry Kissinger wrote, “What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system…a first step toward a new world order.” (A first-step toward world government.)

Once it passed, NAFTA was steadily expanded and critics began to warn that it was being used to create a North American Union (NAU). In 2005, NAFTA was strengthened and supporters started calling it the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPPNA). In 2009, the name was changed to the North American Leaders Summit (NALS).

Some of the proposals for this group of nations are: 1) Establish a security perimeter around the U.S., Canada and Mexico; 2) Eliminate the borders between them; 3) Create a Parliament of fifteen members (five from each nation) to rule over them; 4) Make one of the fifteen Parliament members the president of the three nations (perhaps one of the ten kings); 5) Give the Parliament supremacy over all national governing bodies (including the Congress of the United States); 6) Establish a court with supremacy over the U.S. Supreme Court; 7) Allow unrestricted movement of people and goods between nations; 8) Give amnesty to so-called illegal aliens; 9) Give Social Security and health care benefits to so-called illegal aliens; 10) Merge the militaries of the three nations; and 11) Build a superhighway called the I-69 Corridor from Mexico to Canada. Some of these are already being implemented and there are probably others that I don’t know about.

Now, let’s fast-forward to President Obama’s 2013 State of the Union address. At that time, he briefly mentioned that his administration was negotiating a new trade agreement (treaty) with the Pacific-Rim nations called the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Many ignored it, but on October 1, 2013, there was a report that President Obama was seeking fast track authority to negotiate and sign the TPP.

Fast track authority will allow him to negotiate and sign the treaty without the Senate even reading it (something every voter should find reprehensible). According to the report I read, he wanted to sign it before the end of 2013. Leaked portions of the TPP said it will be patterned after the EU and allow unelected officials (people who can’t be held accountable) to dictate the laws of the United States.

2013 ended with the U.S. Senate failing to vote on the fast track authority that Pres. Obama wanted. He asked Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to schedule a Senate vote in January 2014 (and many Republicans were ready to vote for it), but Senator Reid didn’t schedule a vote. He apparently held it up at the request of Union Leaders who believe the TPP will cause the U.S. to lose more jobs to Mexico and other countries. They know what NAFTA did.

I don’t know how many pages are in the TPP, but it has been reported that one purpose of that treaty is to give Pres. Obama the authority to speed up the establishment and strengthening of the NAU. This means speeding up the proposals mentioned above including the surrender of America’s sovereignty and the loss of more American jobs.

Some may question the validity of this, and government officials have often tried to hide what they are doing, but let’s recall that Vice-President Joe Biden spoke at the Export Import Bank conference in Washington, DC on April 5, 2013 (Google it) and said, “The affirmative task we have now is to actually create a new world order” (a world government consisting of regions or groups of nations like the TPP patterned after the EU).

And let’s recall that Sen. Dianne Feinstein displayed a borderless map of the U.S., Canada and Mexico at a meeting of the Senate Judiciary Committee on July 31, 2013 and called the three nations the “Homeland” (Google it). And let’s recall that Samantha Powers who was confirmed as the U.S. ambassador to the UN on August 1, 2013 once wrote that “giving up a pinch of sovereignty” is good for the United States (Google it). And let’s recall that citizens of the U.S., Canada and Mexico will need a Western Hemisphere compliant travel document by May 2017 to travel in the Western Hemisphere (Google WHTI).

If Pres. Obama gets fast track authority on the TPP, Vice-President Joe Biden’s desire to “actually create a new world order” will hit fast-forward and the United States voter won’t be able to stop it. Who knows, someone who can’t run for President of the U.S. might be promoted to a more powerful position called President of the NAU and the citizens of the U.S. won’t be able to do anything about it.
