The Rapture Report – Trump Fires Back at Twitter Attempts to Interfere in the 2020 Elections

We all know that U.S. President Donald Trump has a very strained relationship with social media as well as the MSM which is often referred by him appropriately as the Fake News Media. The President’s preferred avenue of use on social media is Twitter. In fact, former VP Joe Biden referred to President Trump recently as “President Tweety” in reference to Trump’s tendency to use Twitter to bypass the Fake News Media and to reach out and communicate with the American people directly.
After the election of President Trump in 2016 and the shocking defeat of Hillary Clinton, which had liberals all over the country crying, the relationship between the liberal elites and tech giants has hit a peak with this week’s surprise move by Twitter to label one of President Trump’s “tweets” with a warning that essentially called the President’s claim of rampant voter fraud by using mail-in ballots as false.
The Israel National News website ran an article on the situation:
US President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order aimed at increasing the ability of the government to regulate social media platforms, The Hill reports. The brunt of Trump’s focus has been on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, a law that gives platforms legal immunity for content posted by third-party users while also giving them cover to make good-faith efforts to moderate their platforms. Trump, joined by Attorney General William Barr, addressed reporters in the Oval Office before signing the executive order.
In his remarks, the President said that the order would strip the liability protection from companies that censor content, have Barr work with states to develop regulations and ensure government funding does not go to companies that suppress free speech. “We’re here today to defend free speech from one of the greatest dangers,” Trump told reporters, accusing social media companies of having “unchecked power” to censor and restrict human interaction. White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany said on Wednesday that Trump would sign the executive order related to social media, a day after Twitter attached a warning to some of Trump’s tweets, prompting readers to fact-check the president’s claims.
The social network’s move was made in response to two Trump tweets which claimed that mail-in ballots are fraudulent. Twitter’s label says, “Get the facts about mail-in ballots,” and redirects users to news articles about Trump’s claim. Trump threatened to shut down social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook in response to Twitter’s move.

“Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms totally silence conservative voices. We will strongly regulate, or close them down, before we can ever allow this to happen. We saw what they attempted to do, and failed, in 2016. We can’t let a more sophisticated version of that happen again. Just like we can’t let large scale Mail-In Ballots take root in our Country. It would be a free for all on cheating, forgery and the theft of Ballots. Whoever cheated the most would win. Likewise, Social Media. Clean up your act, NOW!!!!” Trump tweeted.
On Thursday, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg spoke out against Trump’s plan, saying that censoring a platform would not be the “right reflex” for a government worried about censorship.
A draft version of Trump’s order which leaked out on Wednesday closely lines up with Trump’s description. That order would direct an agency within the Commerce Department to file a petition with the Federal Communications Commission to clarify the scope of Section 230, a proposition that has already drawn rebukes from Democratic members of the commission. It would also have Barr create a working group to assess content moderation practices from social media companies that would include state attorneys general. Another section of the order would encourage federal agencies to review their spending on social media advertising.
What is really interesting about the development with Trump and Twitter is the perceived and underlying reason for them to start making moves on Trump’s tweets. I believe that with about 5 months to go before the 2020 elections, that the tech giants of Silicon Valley like Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc. will attempt to influence the coming election with stunts like Twitter pulled this week with President Trump. It has long been known that these social media giants target and censor conservatives on their platforms. The fact is that liberals can’t stand that people who would have views that are contrary to their own “progressive” views. This behavior is like the person who sticks his fingers in his ear and starts making bizarre noises to drown out the opinion of someone he doesn’t like and want to hear. It’s very childish and shows the weakness of the progressive agenda and policies.
The problem for Twitter is that this works about 100% of the time with your every day regular conservative who has no political power or celebrity appeal to fight back over any censorship actions. However, Twitter’s mistake was with biting off more than they can chew with President Trump as he issued an Executive Order that will hurt them in the long run and complicate their operations going forward. They will lose their liability protections and be subject to lawsuits just like other publishers are because with their censorship they are acting like the publishers they really are and therefore need to be help account for such. The social media giants have for too long gotten a free ride while they censor conservative voices across the country and world. This move by President Trump is long overdue and it totally appropriate for the situation. I applaud him for making this move. I just wish he had done it a long time ago.
The liberals in Silicon Valley as well as the rest of the “Demoncrat” Party know that with Joe Biden being the best they can do for a candidate in 2020, that their chances of winning the election is basically slim to none. Joe Biden has shown time and time again through his numerous gaffes from his “Bidenbunker” in his basement that he never knows what is going on around him. I do not think he is aware half the time what day it is, what his name is, or what planet he is on. One political cartoon referred to him as “Sir-Gaffes-A-Lot” while he sings a tune suggesting people who don’t vote for him “aren’t black enough” which was aimed at African Americans who said they were not sure who to vote for in the election.
Twitter’s move to try to discredit President Trump is something that I think will begin to happen more in the future. I have myself for the first time on Facebook received a “fact check” that claimed that an article I posted was “false” because it was about the Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) drug President Trump promotes and that he has recently announced that he is taking himself. The social media giants are in bed with globalists who want to silence conservatives in order to try to influence the coming elections in November. I think with Twitter finally making a move here just 5 months before the Presidential election that this was a calculated move to try to influence and interfere in the national conversation of politics. I think this is something that should concern every American as well.
If Demoncrats are able to “steal” the election in November it is certain that Trump’s “America First” policies will be replaced with socialist and communist type policies that have only benefited other countries and disadvantaged American workers and our country in general. We are seeing the socialist groups like Antifa trying to destroy and disrupt things on the ground now with their 20 city “tour” in wake of the death of a black man in Minneapolis. They use the George Floyd situation as a pretext to unleash their anarchist hell at will. As we have known and seen in the past the Demoncrats don’t like to let a crisis to go to waste when it comes to trying to push their anti-American and socialist policies.
Many people have wondered at times why the U.S. does not seem to figure in prominently in Bible prophecy. Many have speculated that a nuclear war rendered us neutral. Or that Yellowstone finally erupted, etc. There is no shortage of possibilities. However, one that seems to come to my mind at times is the possibility that America basically takes itself out. With the Coronavirus situation, concerns of economic collapse, etc. there is a real possibility that we may just be too riddled with self-inflicted wounds to be able to help Israel. The economy is trying to stay strong despite that nearly 30-40 million Americans have lost their jobs. Many of these jobs are lost for good. Antifa’s antics with looting and destruction of the remaining businesses that have managed to stay open is just more suicidal economic nonsense. All of this is believed to be funded by NWO promoter George Soros.
I personally tend to lean towards the rapture removing a large number of Americans and that the country just completely collapses and falls into the arms of the coming One World government of Antichrist. Fortunately, believers will not be around to find out with the promise of the blessed hope that can happen at any time.
While it is anyone’s guess at why America is not described as being prominent in Bible prophecy, I think it would be prudent for us to keep watching the things that are going on and not become desensitized by all the news overload that is going on these days. The Bible tells us that the final days will be like the days of Noah with rampant violence, sin, sexual perversions, etc. happening all over the place. The ancient ritual of child sacrifice takes place every day in this country in the abortion mills of Planned Parenthood under the disguise of “women’s reproductive” rights. God surely has been long suffering with America, but eventually we will have to pay the price like everyone else.
Anyway, keep an eye on the social media landscape and look for signs of further political interference by the tech giants as we get closer and closer to the 2020 November elections.
And as always, keep looking up as we see more and more evidence of the convergence of end times signs that point to the soon return of Jesus Christ for the rapture of the church!
