Twitter Banned Pres. Trump, Allows Taliban Spokesman
By Daniel Greenfield
If you’re a member of a regime that tortures, kills, and abuses women, Twitter’s Trust and Safety Council will welcome you with open arms.
Like many representatives of Islamic terror groups, the Taliban’s spokesman is welcome on Twitter, while President Trump is not.
A Taliban spokesman still has an active Twitter account, despite the platform’s suspension of former President Donald Trump for “hateful” and “violent” content.
The Taliban is actively moving to retake Afghanistan after U.S. withdrawal, with countless men, women, and children in danger for their lives.
Twitter account @Zabehulah_M33, describes itself as the “[o]fficial Twitter Account of the Spokesman of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabihullah Mujahid.”
As had been previously noted, Iran’s leader and Hamas’ leader are both welcome on Twitter.
How would Twitter be any different if it were being run by America’s enemies?
