And guess who praises this anti-American and anti-Semite?

President Joe Biden is a big fan of Rep. Rashida Tlaib, the Palestinian-American congresswoman who is a charter member of the House of Representatives’ radical left “Squad.” Biden said that he admires Tlaib for her “intellect,” her “passion,” and her “concern for so many other people.” He may want to reconsider.
Tlaib’s “intellect,” “passion,” and “concern for so many other people” have led Tlaib to take her fervent support for the defund police movement to a whole other level. She now wants to dismantle America’s entire homeland security and immigration law enforcement apparatus.
“We must eliminate funding for CBP [Customs and Border Protection], ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] and their parent organization DHS [Department of Homeland Security],” Tlaib demanded in a recent interview with the immigration activist group Just Futures Law. Tlaib charged that CBP, ICE and DHS “continue to terrorize migrant communities located within our communities.”
Tlaib believes, to the core of her perverted “intellect,” that apprehending and deporting any illegal aliens are acts of terror, no matter how dangerous they may be. Tlaib hates with a “passion” any efforts to defend the nation’s borders from the skyrocketing number of immigrants illegally entering the United States with the help of Mexican cartel human traffickers, who have exploited President Biden’s lax immigration policies.
If Tlaib truly showed the “concern for so many other people” that Biden attributes to her, Tlaib would have already thanked the Border Patrol agents who have risked their own lives to rescue so many unaccompanied children arriving from Central America. Obviously, that’s too much to ask of this America-hater.
Contrary to Tlaib’s false narrative, the migrant children’s terrorizers are not the CBP agents. The terrorizers are the ruthless smugglers who have profited from and then abandoned the children they were human trafficking. Some of the children were left alone to face the prospect of drowning in the Rio Grande, while others were literally dropped over a wall onto a desert terrain to fend for themselves. CBP agents became the children’s lifesavers.
“Smuggling organizations are abandoning migrants in remote and dangerous areas, leading to a dramatic rise in the number of rescues CBP performs,” Customs and Border Protection said on its website. The number of U.S. Border Patrol rescues in the Southwest border area from the start of Fiscal Year 2021 on October 1, 2020 through May 2021 was 6,898 – a 36 percent increase from Fiscal Year 2020.
Tlaib has tried to wrap conditions at the U.S. border with Mexico and in Gaza into one fantasized package of “oppression.”
“Do you know what I saw at the border? I saw Gaza,” Tlaib said in 2019 during the American Muslims for Palestine conference in Chicago. “When you think about the border, you have to got to (sic) understand how interconnected the oppression in Palestine is with the oppression taking place at the border.”
There is only one conceivable common denominator between these two geographical areas so distant from each other. Palestinian Islamist terrorists control Gaza and Islamist terrorists from the Middle East have tried to cross the U.S.-Mexico border illegally into the United States, including members of the Islamist, pro-Palestinian terrorist group Hezbollah.
Instead of building the economic and institutional infrastructure in Gaza for sustainable self-governance after Israel unilaterally withdrew from Gaza in 2005, Hamas used its control of Gaza to launch thousands of rockets aimed at Israeli civilian population centers.
Tlaib doesn’t hold Hamas responsible for the plight of the Palestinian people under its control, of course. Instead, this anti-Semite condemns only Israel for defending its terrorized residents from Hamas’s rocket assaults.
Likewise, Tlaib condemns U.S. immigration officials who are trying to protect national security. The current head of the government department that Tlaib wants to abolish, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, told the House Homeland Security Committee earlier this year that individuals referred to as ‘known or suspected terrorists’ (KSTs) “have tried to cross the border, the land border, have tried to travel by air into the United States not only this year, but last year, the year prior, so on and so forth.”
Mayorkas added that “[I]t is because of our multi-layered security apparatus — the architecture that we have built since the commencement of the Department of Homeland Security — that we are in fact able to identify and apprehend them and ensure that they do not remain in the United States. And so we actually deny them entry based on our intelligence and based on our vetting procedures.That is not a new phenomenon.”
Tlaib wants to eliminate the DHS and the “multi-layered security apparatus” that Mayorkas claimed has helped keep the nation safe from terrorist infiltration. Tlaib thinks it is DHS that is doing the terrorizing. That’s why Tlaib is even opposed to Biden’s modest proposal to spend more money on advanced technology at the border.
“They rename this kind of militarization or targeting in a very inhumane way of our immigrant neighbors,” Tlaib insisted, “but when it comes down to it, it is the same thing — which is targeting communities of color in a way that to me very much violates human rights and dignity for so many of our communities.”
In other words, according to Tlaib, even border technology used for law enforcement is racist.
A large majority of Americans believe that increasing staff and resources available to patrol and police the U.S. border with Mexico is a top priority to help ensure the security of their country.
Rashida Tlaib, on the other hand, does not consider herself to be first and foremost an American who cares about her country’s national security. “I am Muslim and Palestinian,” Tlaib said while scolding her critics. “Get over it.”
Sorry, Tlaib. Americans are not going to “get over” your reckless use of the race card to strip America’s defense of its borders and its streets while you feed off taxpayers’ money.
