Islamic Terror State Behind Muslim Brotherhood, Al Jazeera, Launches Site Targeting Conservatives
By Daniel Greenfield

When the Islamic terror state of Qatar directed its Al Jazeera international propaganda machine at America, it naturally veered toward targeting the treasonous Left. During the War on Terror and the Bush era, lefties were the obvious demographic who were likeliest to be receptive to Qatar’s propaganda.

Qatar is the funder behind the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist groups, it’s an ally of Iran and its royal family has links to September 11.

Al Jazeera became a key element in forging a link between the Left and Islamists while driving coverage by the mainstream media about events such as the Islamist takeover in Egypt, Israel’s battles with Hamas, the War on Terror, and the famine in Yemen, not to mention Qatari agent, Jamal Khashoggi.

But Islamists have targeted conservatives. Just ask Grover Norquist or Chris Christie.

Formerly it wouldn’t have much sense for Qatar to target conservatives, but the implosion of FOX News appears to be creating a window that Qatar wants to exploit.

Al Jazeera, the Qatar-based news network that has previously sought to become a liberal media force in the US, is launching a platform to target conservatives, it was revealed on Tuesday.

The new effort, called Rightly, will target Republicans who “feel left out of conservative media”, Politico reported, and will be led by a former Fox News journalist.

Awesome. And yes, you don’t have to look far to see the target demographic celebrating it.

Qatar is the Muslim Brotherhood. It’s arguably Al Qaeda and ISIS. It’s a regime that funds the murder of Americans. It ought to go without saying that no conservatives should be promoting, appearing, or consuming content from it.

But we’re well past the point where things like that can be taken for granted. They can’t.

Qatar trying to set up its own political influence operation in conservative media is a symptom of a larger problem where many conservatives simply don’t care whom they’re retweeting, promoting or cheering on as long as it attacks the Left.

And that’s how you end up with some of our worst enemies setting up an operation to target conservatives.

It’s vital to fight the Left. But when you have no standards for your own movement, you can’t win anything.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” Sun Tzu

Conservatives used to know themselves, but not the enemy. And Sun Tzu aptly described what happened, “for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat.”

Around the Obama era, we began to obsessively study the Left and even model it, especially when it came to Alinsky. and in the process we began to lose touch with who we are.

Rightly may come to nothing. I certainly hope so. But it’s hard to say. And the very fact that Al Jazeera is doing this ought to be a wake-up call. I doubt it will be. Worse still, I won’t be too surprised if Rightly content routinely ends up being tweeted and shared by conservatives who don’t know and don’t care that they’re promoting the sponsors of the Muslim Brotherhood.
