Democrats Coordinate Personal Lawsuit Lawfare Against Trump
Lawfare has become a campaign tool by another means.
By Daniel Greenfield
A lawyer for the ‘Central Park Five’ recently announced that they were suing Trump. Why would accused rapists and muggers, whom Trump had attacked for decades, suddenly sue him now?
Democrats are panicking over Kamala’s numbers among black men. The lawsuit appears conveniently timed for the campaign to win over young black men.
Consider, a week after Kamala released her strategy to win over black men, the Central Park Five lawsuit was filed.
And who’s filing the lawsuit?
The lawyer for the Five is Shanin Specter. If that name sounds at all familiar, it’s because he’s the son of Senator Arlen Specter. Kline & Specter is a heavily Democrat law firm, where 95% of donations go to Democrats and where Rep. Conor Lamb joined the firm two years ago.
It’s not exactly farfetched to view this as yet another politically coordinated lawfare operation.
Apart from launching prosecutions of the former president, Democrats have found litigants willing to sue him. The sheer number of these cases and their timing make it clear that this is lawfare.
Previous lawsuits were meant to attack Trump on issues related to women. This one is meant to hit him on a black issue.
Lawfare has become a campaign tool by another means. Is it legal? Is it ethical? It’s neither one.
