After Democrats Spent $30M to Flip Wisconsin Supreme Court, Ballot Boxes Will Come Back
They didn’t spend $30M to win Wisconsin, but to take over America.

As I’ve said over and over again, the left plays chess while the right plays checkers. If even that anymore.
The Left knows the game it’s playing and has a strategy for winning it. It’s once again operating in plain sight.
It’s possible that looking back we will say that the 2024 presidential election was decided in 2023 with a Supreme Court race in Wisconsin.
Democrats have scored a major off-year election victory in Wisconsin, winning the state’s open supreme court seat and flipping control of the court to liberals for the first time in 15 years.
Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz won the hotly contested race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, according to a race call by The Associated Press, defeating former state Supreme Court Justice Dan Kelly. Spending in the campaign shattered the previous national record for a state supreme court election.
Toward the end of her speech, Protasiewicz was joined onstage by the three liberal justices she’ll soon join on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
“Our state is taking a step forward to a better and brighter future where our rights and freedoms will be protected,” Protasiewicz said. “And while there is still work to be done, tonight we celebrate this historic victory that has obviously reignited hope in so many of us.
The leftist justice and her backers spent nearly $30 million on this, far outspending Republicans who spent about $12 million.
Why did they want the Wisconsin Supreme Court so badly> Because it’s a pathway to rigging an election.
And now here we go.
Liberal justices who control the Wisconsin Supreme Court showed signs Monday of being willing to overturn a ruling that all but eliminated the use of absentee ballot drop boxes in the swing state.
At issue is whether the court should overturn its July 2022 ruling that said nothing in state law allowed for absentee drop boxes to be placed anywhere other than in election clerk offices. Conservative justices controlled the court then, but the court flipped to 4-3 liberal control last year, setting the stage to possibly overturn the ruling.
“Possibly”.
As if there’s any other possible outcome from a court that was bought and paid for to the tune of $30 million to produce exactly this outcome.
A reversal could have implications on what is expected to be another razor-thin presidential race in Wisconsin.
That would be the goal.
Attorneys representing Republican backers of the earlier ruling argued Monday that there have been no changes in the facts or the law to warrant overturning the ruling that’s less than two years old.
We’re dealing with an elected court which means that, frankly, its members are not following laws, they’re following electoral agendas. There isn’t even a pretense of independence there and their rulings are no different than the decisions of any partisan elected officials.
If the court overturns the ruling, it will be revisiting again the next time majority control of the court flips, said Misha Tseytlin, attorney for the Republican-controlled Legislature.
True, but by then the 2024 election will be settled one way or another.
