How I Came to Hate the New World Order

How I Came to Hate the New World Order
By Pete Garia and Steve Schmutzer

“Most Americans, myself included, reject 1930s-style isolationism. They expect to see the strong hand of American leadership in world affairs, and they know that economic retreat would yield nothing other than a lower standard of living. They understand further that many security threats – the spread of high-tech weapons, environmental degradation, overpopulation, narcotics trafficking, migration – require global solutions.”

No, this isn’t a recent comment by “Mr. We-Choose-Truth-Over-Facts.” The year was 1992, and the quote was from then-Senator Biden in his How I Came to Love the New World Order article in the Wall Street Journal. To that particular article, however, one writer aptly notes:

There are few persons in U.S. leadership the last 50 years more committed to the New World Order (world government) than Joe Biden. So committed that on April 23, 1992, then Joe Biden, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s European Affairs Subcommittee, published in the Wall Street Journal, “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.” In it he expressed a need for a “permanent commitment of forces for use by the Security Council” — a U.N. standing army adding, “Why not breathe life into the U.N. Charter?” His plans would destroy national sovereignty and establish world government over all nations under the United Nations. (Source)

This man who is so in love with global governance is now leading the free world into a new world order, where we are going to “build back better.” Speaking of purposely vague slogans, the “new world order” is, on one hand, maligned by the elites as simply conspiracy theory and gobbly wonk. On the other, it seems to be one of the more disturbing facts of our reality that we seem to be increasingly pressed into without any say in the matter. This new normal is one of the great deceptions of the 21st century in that we should be put under a singular, socialist system because it is what is best for us…regardless of whether that is actually true or not (it’s not). Nevertheless, despite all the evidence as to where mankind is being collectively herded into, none has highlighted this truth as glaringly as our recent departure from Afghanistan.

Although the total collapse of the twenty-year US mission in Afghanistan is seemingly past news, the reality of it remains a blighted stain on our nation’s history and standing in the world. It’s like a bell that has been rung and cannot be un-rung. It was an unmitigated disaster of unparalleled proportions – a moral failure, a tactical fiasco, a cerebral flop. There was no excuse. Every assessment of Afghanistan underscores America’s fraudulent, corrupt, and intentionally incompetent administration. Intentional to the point that there was a determined reason for it being executed so poorly. And yet in the Twilight Zone that is our mainstream, 21st century, progressive messaging, it was hailed by this same administration as a tremendous success of American logistical power and flexibility.

This is the bottom line point upfront here; the fact that progressive globalists and socialists refuse to accept reality and responsibility for creating said reality is what makes this new world order-thinking so dangerous. It’s this naive and dangerous belief that “this time things will be different,” despite the overwhelming historical evidence saying otherwise. Nevertheless, as was the case with Joseph in Egypt, what man and Satan intended for evil, God turns and uses for good.

“But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.” – Genesis 50:20

As it were, America’s days of being that shining city on a hill, loftily lifting virtue’s banner, are over. Bretton Woods, the Marshall Plan, and basically every other good thing we have done to help stabilize the world, are erased from this generation’s collective conscious. She has sunk to new lows. Her allies felt betrayed, and they have lost confidence in us. Former Brexit leader, Nigel Farage, spoke for many world leaders when he asked Biden, “Why would we trust you?”

Almost overnight, the world has become far more dangerous and uncertain.

By December, Iran’s nuclear ambitions have the Middle East precariously balanced on a knife’s edge. China and Russia are poised like crouching tigers, eagerly waiting to pounce on Taiwan and Ukraine respectively. North Korea has retreated back to the comforts of antagonistic grandstanding. Millions of displaced and disgruntled peoples are being used as pawns in a game of weaponized mass migration by those seeking to erase national borders. The world’s economy is grinding to a halt as a plurality of nations sits bloated to the gills with unpayable national debts that have bankrupted not just them now, but for generations to come.

Meanwhile, the progressive-led ruses and policies of this nation continue to unswervingly focus on the politically correct issues of the day: Transgendered admirals, Critical Race Theory, white supremacy in the ranks, the tearing down of statues, defunding the police, and the greatest threat of them all…climate change (Gasp!). This will prove shameful in all times to come.

Assessment

Given all of what we’ve seen in Flashbang’s first year, it’s natural to wonder what this means for America’s superpower status and her future going forward. It’s easy to speculate on how the Afghanistan debacle might relate to Bible prophecy. It’s normal to ask what all this means for the Church at the end of the age.

How should the average Christian regard issues like these? It’s a good question. A few sound biblical principles guide our thoughts as we respond to them.

First, it’s important to regard Biblical prophecy for what IS there just as much for what is NOT there. Ignoring relevant content or extracting alternative interpretations from any passage of Scripture that is plainly moving in a different direction, is unwise at the least and apostate at the worst. Christians who practice these things have no better standards than the cults.

Second, the best approach is to let the Bible interpret itself. In 2 Peter 1:20, we read, “But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation” (NASB). Two points emerge here: number one, be convinced of the veracity of Scripture, and number two, take whatever biases you may have out of the mix when handling God’s Word.

Third, discerning Christians know there is no new Biblical revelation. This truth may affront so-called “modern prophets,” but it’s a divinely inspired fact all the same. God’s Word is not only inerrant by virtue of being breathed by its supernatural author (2 Tim. 3:16), but it is also complete.

It’s pertinent that the completeness of God’s Word is given special emphasis concerning prophetic matters – more specifically with the book of Revelation (Rev. 22:18-20). We must not add to or take away from this content. By Scripture’s own declaration, there is no new Biblical revelation.

Lastly, what is taking place now is Biblical illumination. This is the process of gaining new understanding of matters of Biblical prophecy. Herein lies the main intentions of this article. The principle of Biblical illumination is embedded within the Scriptures themselves. In Daniel 12:4, Daniel is instructed to “…roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”

Daniel had received a series of profound prophecies, and he didn’t understand what he had heard. The immediate context of this verse makes it evident he was not supposed to understand them. It would not be until “the time of the end” that others would instead.

Key to gaining this understanding that eluded Daniel is our opportunity to link events, information, and Biblical truth that, at prior times, appeared disconnected and vague. Going “here and there” throughout the full counsel of God’s Word will – against the backdrop of unfolding end times events, geopolitical realities, and technological developments – result in “increased knowledge.”

Here is an example of Biblical illumination. The Bible taught Israel would become a nation again in the last days (Deut. 30:3, Amos 9:14-15, Jer. 30:1-31, 40, Isaiah 11:12, Ezek. 37-39, Luke 21:24, Rom. 11:25, et. al). Until May 14, 1948, Israel existed only in the history books. Humanly speaking, all the odds were against Israel reforming. Many prophecy “experts,” skeptics, and liberal commentators mocked the plain truth of God’s Word.

Now, it is 2021. We find ourselves in Israel’s 73rd year of national existence. The elitists said it was impossible…until it was inviolable.

Here is another example of Biblical illumination. For nearly two millennia, Christians struggled to understand how the whole world could simultaneously see the bodies of the Two Witnesses lying dead on the streets of Jerusalem (Rev. 11:9). Further, how could the whole world actively refuse their burial in real-time? Then came the advent of smartphones.

Various matters of Biblical prophecy may seem impossible until they happen exactly as the Bible said they would. We must often wait until the times we live in catch up with things the Bible predicted long ago.

Various events of prophetic significance continue to take place. These things hold importance for those who diligently “go here and there to increase knowledge.” The opportunity to address these events in a biblically-sound, common-sense, faith-based fashion is incumbent on every believer who properly understands that “…the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” (Rev. 19:10).

With that said, here are several matters to ponder for their prophetic significance as the fallout over the collapse of the US mission in Afghanistan gains force and dimension.

THE DOUBLE-DOWN ON THE REAL VIRUS AGENDA RAMPS UP

First, the Biden administration will continue to emphasize their manufactured narrative touting the grave dangers of emerging variants of the “deadly” COVID virus. This is obvious in recent press conferences with regards to the Delta and the new African Omicron variant. These variants will continue to serve as default resets to continue to enact things like mail-in voting, lockdowns, and other draconian measures. IOW, they have a golden goose with COVID and they are not going to let it go…even if they found a 100% cure. They are going to keep milking this cash cow for as long as they can.

Back in August when reporters were presenting serious questions about the Afghanistan debacle, Biden militantly refused to answer them. He only mumbled through his scripted and irrelevant talking points about the ‘pandemic.’ At that point (and now) Joe Biden is nothing more than an automaton figurehead, reading what his handlers have handed him to read; nothing more, and nothing less. The fact he either refuses to think for himself or that his handlers refuse to let him think for himself is easily proven. We know exactly when he goes off-script because his talking points become jumbled, mumbled, bizarre, and awkward. At which point, someone either cuts his microphone off, or the voices in his earpiece tell him to immediately turn around, walk away, and do not take any more questions from the press.

However, the repeated pattern of returning to government solutions for this intentional pandemic is simply a pathetic effort to distract from his catastrophic economic and foreign policy failures. As Biden’s botches mount and his support falls, his administration will only increase their focus on COVID. Further evidence shows that while the vaccine mandates are unconstitutional overreaches at worst, they will be presumed law, despite facing state and court challenges.

The underlying truth is apparent to discerning observers. Nothing – absolutely nothing – will deter the globalists from their agenda to impose greater controls, restrict individual liberties, and foster fear and chaos. These elements are vital to reinforce the socialist underpinnings of the need for one-world governance, and no amounts of deceptions are sufficient for them in this quest.

In the larger picture, this basic dynamic is nothing new. Any time a king, queen, emperor, dictator, prime minister, president – or any other governing entity – has ever felt the heat for their poor leadership, the default posture is ALWAYS to distract the population with some other enemy, threat, or problem. As military, diplomatic, and political fallouts continue to pile up on the present administration, look for them to justify more draconian mandates by returning the public’s attention back to the so-called pandemic crisis.

It is a “so-called” crisis – because if it were real, all noses would be pointed in the same direction. We’d all be embracing proven solutions. We’d be supporting true science and not mocking it. We’d bring to light the medical research and multiple studies that prove the futility and dangers of the “vaccine” instead of burying them. We’d actively listen to a range of qualified medical experts, and not silence and threaten the ones who refuse to parrot the morally challenged Dr. Fauci. We’d embrace common sense and not brand it as ‘conspiracy.’ We would insist on long-term studies, established regulatory protocols, and media accountability. We’d all demand tight border control.

But – none of these things are happening. The decisions that are being made instead fly in the face of basic reason and logic. The government-imposed information blackouts on proven drugs such as Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, and Regeneron are cases in point that are inexcusable at every level. The research is clear these therapies are effective and affordable. This sort of premeditated smoke and mirrors underscores the depraved social engineering agenda that remains the heart of this viral charade.

Biblically speaking, we know that pestilences are part of life on earth. The Bible also teaches that these pandemics will increase in frequency and impact as the end of times approaches. Matthew 24:7 makes this clear, and these prophetic insights are not new to many of us.

However, what we are seeing now is some pestilences don’t deserve all the fear that accompanies them. The present pandemic is best regarded through the lens of Jesus’ warning three verses earlier in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.”

The truth is Satan is the inspiration behind leftist Rahm Emanuel’s rule, “You never let a serious crisis go to waste.” A pestilence doesn’t have to be real to be effective. It doesn’t have to submit to common sense and established science. It just needs to be perceived and reacted to a certain way.

Satan will use who and what he can. He is working through our nation’s corrupt leadership to fuel the current COVID situation with scare tactics, deflection strategies, and all forms of truth suppression. These efforts to double down on the deceptive virus agenda are all about imposing societal control and conditioning the masses for future global authoritarianism.

IT’S ONE MORE STEP TOWARDS GOG AND MAGOG

The geopolitical ramifications of Biden’s incompetence in Afghanistan hold several possible implications concerning the coming ‘War of Gog and Magog’ outlined in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39.

As stated in the previous point, America’s allies no longer trust this nation and its leadership to do the right thing. Let’s distill this dire situation down to a couple of forward-looking questions. First, do you think America will go to war against China if China invades Taiwan? Second, do you think America will come to Israel’s aid when she is invaded by Russia, Turkey, Iran, Libya, and “many other peoples” (Ezek. 38:3-6).

The answer to both questions is “No.” And count on it – the rest of the world already knows this.

For a long time, many prophecy scholars have wondered why America – likely one of the “young lions of Tarshish” (Ezek. 38:13) – will stand back and merely protest this overwhelming invasion of the Jewish state. After all, America has been Israel’s staunchest ally since the Jewish nation was reborn in 1948. It’s unthinkable to imagine America would just whimper and burble in reaction to Israel’s certain demise.

Consequently, many prophecy buffs have conjectured that the Rapture would need to happen before the events of Ezekiel 38 and 39 could take place. This seems to be the most logical explanation as to why America won’t intervene to help Israel. The logic is, with all the Christians snatched from the earth – and with them a huge bulk of Israel-supporting conservatives – America ‘then’ would be different than America ‘now.’

It’s a reasonable assumption, but Biden’s record idiocy and moral irresponsibility have forced a new reality to consider. Maybe all that needs to happen for America to ignore her greatest ally is to have a radical leftist fool sleeping in Lincoln’s bed.

After all, it’s Biden and his administration that has willfully abandoned hundreds of American citizens in Afghanistan while ensuring that tens of thousands of undocumented Afghans made it out instead. It’s Biden’s State Department that refuses to make the call to airlift out dozens of Americans that are presumably still trapped at Mazar-i-Sharif airport. It’s Biden’s military brass that casually gifted many billions of dollars worth of high-tech military equipment to one of the world’s most committed terrorist organizations. It’s Biden’s administration that is blocking private evacuations of American citizens from Afghanistan, and it’s Biden himself who summed up these kinds of events as an “extraordinary success.”

Make no mistake, the tragedies we saw unfolding in Afghanistan are ‘intentional’ on the part of America’s current leadership far more than they are ‘irresponsible.’ This is a scheme to abandon America’s own, and if we can do that with no flicker of conscience – then we can certainly abandon our international allies the same way. It all helps to advance chaos on a global scale – again, to set the stage for a one-world leader to take over.

It’s a short line to connect other dots here. The new Taliban leadership has invited six countries to the inauguration of their new government: Russia, Turkey, Iran, China, Pakistan, and Qatar. While each of these has its own motives for supporting the Taliban’s terrorist regime, the first three of them are mentioned in Ezekiel 38:1-6 as forming the core of those nations which will invade Israel. It’s possible – perhaps even probable – that the Taliban-run government of Afghanistan will comprise a portion of those “many other peoples” who are a part of this future invasion.

That last statement is bolstered by the fact that the Taliban now has more advanced weaponry than one-quarter of NATO nations. That they are now armed to the teeth with modern, American equipment, and have state-of-the-art military facilities to stage operations from, may incentivize the Islam-inspired Taliban to capitalize on their newfound power and join this future coalition against Israel.

ISRAEL ADDRESSES HER OWN SECURITY CONCERNS

Believe me, no nation is learning more quickly from Biden’s failures abroad than Israel. The Jewish nation knows the blood of guilt is on Biden’s hands with Afghanistan. Israel cannot relax their guard, trust America’s fraudulent leader, and risk any of that blood-type spattering on them. With Iran on the cusp of developing its first nuclear weapon, Israel is now faced with the new reality of taking on Iran, Russia, and their proxies without any US support. In fact, Biden’s eagerness to rejoin the Iran-talks this past few months has proven that we are just that…all talk.

At this point, Israel must know that several things will happen in the new year (2022). The first is that Iran will complete their goal of acquiring a nuclear warhead. Second, they are going to do this while Biden is in office. They will not risk waiting any longer should the US reelect Trump (or similarly conservative president). This means, 2022 will begin with geopolitical fireworks the likes we have not seen in decades. Let us consider the Biblical possibilities when Israel conducts a preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear and military facilities in the next few months as several events begin to present themselves as a reaction to Israel’s perceived aggression-

– Iran’s proxies (Hamas, Hezbollah, the PA, etc.) immediately retaliate against Israel through missile barrages, suicide bombings, small scale ground (and subterranean) incursions

– Terrorist attacks ramp up against Israel’s embassies and other Jewish schools and businesses worldwide

– The Saudi and other Israel-friendly Arab states in the Abraham Accords counter-retaliate against pro-Iranian proxies. Interestingly, this has already begun (ex. Houthis, Lebanese diplomatic expulsions, etc.)

– The US, EU, and other western powers stage empty-handed protests at the UN demanding Israel decease

– The US attempts to destabilize the pro-Israel government in Egypt with the release of the Muslim Brotherhood

– Iran appeals to Russia to harden their positions in Syria

– Iran appeals to Turkey, whose currency is currently tanking and making them increasingly desperate to change their trajectory, to begin prepositioning forces to take on Israel

– Both of these geopolitical posturings are designed specifically to pressure Israel into not attacking Iran

– Iran increasingly funding/supporting terrorist groups like al Shabab to further destabilize the Horn of Africa region, specifically seeking to funnel weapons to their Houthi allies in Yemen, and subsequently overthrowing the government in Ethiopia and remove US forces from Djibouti

– Iran, Turkey, and Russia appear to be creating a network of anti-Israel forces in Libya whom they will seek to exploit in the event of any conflict with Israel

CHINESE SABER-RATTLING OVER TAIWAN TRIGGERS WIDESPREAD THREAT LEVEL INCREASE IN PACIFIC REGION

Almost as soon as the city of Kabul began to fall to the Taliban, Chinese Communist media began publishing (via Tweets and news articles) statements to our allies, mocking American resolve in defending them in future conflicts. FTR, the Global Times is the state-run media outlet:

“Editorial: From what happened in Afghanistan, those in Taiwan should perceive that once a war breaks out in the Straits, the island’s defense will collapse in hours and US military won’t come to help. As a result, the DPP will quickly surrender,” the Global Times tweeted. (Global Times)

This tweet comes 11 days after Pres. Biden signs off on his first weapons deal to Taiwan (August 5th, 2021). Previously, CCP President Xi Jinping has threatened to bloody the heads of anyone who interferes with them (Source). Tough saber-rattling indeed!

However, the threats were not directed just at Taiwan, but at South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and anywhere else China’s foreign interest lies. Interestingly, while the August Afghanistan debacle was unfolding, most embassies in Kabul began evacuating their people and operations almost immediately. However, China and Russia’s embassies remained open and undisturbed. They look to be capitalizing on the vacuum created by the US departure from the region.

Biblically speaking, there is a massive, military coalition mentioned only as “the kings of the east,” who march against the Antichrist and Jerusalem toward the end of the seven-year Tribulation (Rev. 16:12). This would presumably include China, Pakistan, and India, but may also include Afghanistan, Japan, North and South Korea, and the other southeast Asian nations in China’s sphere of influence.

EU SEEKS TO REMOVE US LEADERSHIP FROM NATO

The US is sliding into irrelevancy insofar as supporting its allies is concerned. Israel – as a case in point – is totally on its own. We know that God sets the boundaries for kings, kingdoms, and peoples, and it seems our time in the spotlight has come to its inevitable end. What are the geopolitical implications of that concerning Jer. 49, Isa. 17, etc.? At least with regards to NATO with the United States at the helm, is as journalist Michael Rubin correctly noted, a dead man walking.

Biblically speaking, the revival of the Roman Empire has long been prophesied to happen. And through the subsequent centuries after the collapse of the original Roman Empire, it looked like Europe could never be united. Nevertheless, the longstanding division culminated in two world wars. But at the end of it, the world united under a singular global government (UN), and the American’s and her European cousins created the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to offset the growing threat of a communist Soviet Union. (Source)

Now, that seventy-two-year alliance is more fragile than ever.

President Trump wanted the EU to step up in its monetary commitments, and to quit being two-faced about their economic allegiances (ex. Germany-Russia Nord Stream 2 pipeline). While this may have agitated European leaders, they at least could depend on Trump to come to their aid should they really need it.

However, Joe Biden’s recent unilateral actions, and the potential massive hostage situation he created in Afghanistan, proved without a doubt, the US cannot be trusted and thus they must look for their national security elsewhere. It appears Afghanistan was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

US DOLLAR PROBLEMS TRIGGER MASSIVE INFLATION (WEAK US LEADERSHIP TRIGGERS LOSS OF CONFIDENCE IN US $)

The US is currently over $29T in national debt. No matter how you spin this, there are not enough taxpayers, paying into the system, to ever recover from this. This means several things.

1. Not only is the present US government bankrupt, but without a complete overhaul of our US financial institutions, we have bankrupted future generations as well

2. Fiat Currencies are legacy 20th-century currencies that are quickly finding themselves on the outs with governments due to rapidly advancing technologies

3. Blockchain and cryptocurrencies have been around since at least 2005 (bitcoin, lite coin, etc.). They were designed to create an alternative financial source to formal currencies and were specifically not aligned with governments. However, this is quickly changing. Along with artificial intelligence, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) are quickly becoming the new arms race of the 21st century.

Example- China is quickly racing to be the first to create its “digital Yuan” which is its version of a Chinese Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). When China goes fully digital, the world will HAVE to follow suit given the highly imbalanced trade dependency the World Trade Organization (WTO) has created over the last twenty years with regards to Chinese manufactured goods and products.

Conclusion

Hearkening back to Genesis 50:20 and the absolute maxim mentioned there, what man has intended for evil, God will use for good. The good, in this case, is the end of a sin-stained, blood-drenched, and absolutely corrupted world, and the introduction, into the new order of the ages with Jesus Christ at the lead. But in order to get there, the world has to de-evolve into its final degenerate iteration.

Biblically speaking, we know that the whole world will one day come under the control of a single government, which we are seeing forming before our very eyes. This government will then yield its authority to one man. This final, satanically empowered ruler, will use his economic and monetary power to control everything by controlling all the buying and selling in the world.

So long as the US Dollar remained the dominant currency, this prophetic potentiality seemed impossible. However, given our recent geopolitical and economic incompetence has signaled the old world order has come to its inevitable end and will necessitate (since nature abhors a vacuum), the rise of a new one. The final one. The Kingdom of the Beast.

Not only has the collapse of the US mission in Afghanistan and the subsequent fall of Kabul rattled the global nerves of our allies, but it has also emboldened our enemies, and shaken the confidence in the global economy. Perhaps then, our Afghan exit should not be viewed just as another example of political incompetence, but as the geopolitical/prophetic herald of the death of the old world order. Thus, as Neville Chamberlain prematurely (and ignorantly) declared, “peace in our time” in 1938, so too will the present-day calls to Build Back Better, ring equally hollow.

The world presently finds itself today blindly groping and making its way through the murky transition phase between what is and what is to come. Those of us in the light, and of the day, see this hour of testing coming and are doing our level best to be the Winston Churchill’s of our day, by warning everyone we can of the dark days ahead.

While we loathe the world that was and is, and all of its dramas, atrocities, and evil machinations, we have especially come to hate this new world order that is set to begin shortly. It is so reprehensible, that many, even non-Christians, are waking up to the fact that something has gone terribly wrong. With regards to Joe Biden’s bizarre handling of American affairs, we can at least be thankful that the evil machinations of global governance are no longer quietly operating in the shadows, but are now on full display.

However, before the world can complete this journey into what is to come, the Church must be removed from the place and even time of testing that will come upon the whole world. That testing will not come until the Restrainer is no longer restraining the gates of hell.

What He (the Holy Spirit through the Church) is restraining, is the spirit of Antichrist that is at present being kept at bay, albeit, in its mystery stage today. Once the restraint is removed by way of the Rapture of the Church, the gloves will come off and Satan will iron-fistedly run this planet through this Beast Kingdom and his man of sin, the Antichrist. We hate what it represents, and yet, we know that it must come to pass, in order for God’s final plan to play out. So while the Church remains, we will continue to exist in this transitory position of watching the prophetic stage being set and the final, evil empire come into its own.

“And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” – Matthew 16:18-19
