Will Smith Rushes Oscar Stage And Socks Chris Rock In The Face For Insulting His Wife

Will Smith rushed the Oscar stage and decked comedian Chris Rock in the face for making a joke about his wife being in “G.I. Jane 2” because of her haircut.

The actress had shaved her head to deal with her alopecia, which causes hair loss.

Rock cracked the joke and had started to move on as Smith approached the stage and slapped him dead in the face.

Rock, stunned, attempted to shake it off and keep going as Smith shouted at him from back in the audience.

During the commercial break, Will Smith is pulled aside and comforted by Denzel Washington and Tyler Perry, who motion for him to brush it off. Will appears to wipe tears from his eyes as he sits back down with Jada, with Denzel comforting Jada and Will’s rep by his side.

But it's the Oscars and they're actors. You remember during the Oscars as each category is being announced they always have a clip of the movie that is in the line up for the Oscar before announcing the winner of that category. This "scene" was performed in real time instead of the movie clip on the big screen.

I second this thought as well. It seemed staged for a lake of a better term. In the day's leading up to this there were articles in the news about the declining rating especially so regarding the Academy's new requirements for a film to qualify to be nominated ( primarily woke requirements- LGQTBQ, race, etc.).

I didn't see it, just heard about it on the news as I was getting ready this morning. Whether it was real or fake (and I lean towards fake), both Mr. Smith and Mr. Rock, along with Mr. Smith's wife, need prayers that they will humble themselves and stop looking at their Hollywood " toys and treasures" and look to Jesus as their Lord and Savior before it is too late.
