What lure would Peter use?

Psalm 18:2
This is a totally unbiblical thread, but here lately with spring around the corner, I have an itchin to go fishin! I have spent the weekend dusting off the rod and reel, checking what I need in the way of new lures and tackle, and the latest fishing reports from area lakes.

Maybe it doesn't make much sense, but to me fishing is one of the most relaxing things I can do to get away and clear the mind. Spending time at a quiet lake and finding peace and quiet. Surrounded by the natural wonders God gave us, and doing battle with one of His creatures. If Peter were here, to go with me, I would loan him a trusty Hula Popper.

Hula Popper's a good top-water bait. I bought several H & H's today at Bass Pro Shop, black/yellow skirt - works real well where I fish. Have you tried those?
