What China’s unprecedented protests mean for the world - analysis
Unprecedented protests have taken place in Beijing and Shanghai.

A month ago, China’s leadership appeared invincible. President Xi Jinping presided over a Communist Party Congress that appeared to cement his rule and reduce the influence of former leaders and any critics who might be within the party itself. Former Chinese president Hu Jintao was suddenly – and embarrassingly – escorted out of a closing ceremony during the event.

Now, reports say China is facing unprecedented protests in Beijing and Shanghai, following other demonstrations in Urumqi in the northwest, in Chengdu in the southwest and in Xian and Wuhan. There were also protests at an iPhone production facility.

Protests have been ongoing in Iran for the past two months. Iran and China are partners that both seek to upend the West and the US-led rules-based international order. This isn’t a secret. Iran and China have both openly sought to challenge the US and want a world that is multipolar – more regional powers and less concentrated American power.

Sadly, the Chinese government is not going to stand for these protests anymore than they stood for those in Tiananmen Square all those years ago. Xi and his Communist government are pure evil and will do whatever is necessary to nip this in the bud immediately. Just look at what they did to start these protests ~ having the police lock people in their apartments to try and have a zero Covid policy, so when a fire broke out, they couldn't get out of their homes, and at least 10 people died. Hello, Chinese lunatic government, it's a virus, so your zero Covid policy is completely insane. :doh I wish there was something the world could do to help these Chinese people who only want the freedom they deserve, but Biden's just outright refusing to even say anything because he sold his soul to China a long time ago. And the rest of the world is so woke and cowardly, they're certainly not going to do anything.

I'm quite sure President Xi Jinping can see what his decisions and orders are doing to the Chinese people. Yet seems as tho he could care less! How horrible for a so-called President to rule in such a way. Only question is - when the time comes and he hears the words - Depart from me. I never knew you! Then what will he say?? What COULD he say?? His future from that moment on will be more horrible than we could ever possibly imagine!! How sad. And the hard truth about that situation is - it literally breaks Daddy God's heart. Yes truly how sad...

Say something Righteous and Wholesome...
It depends who Xi's peers are and how much support he needs. China is for the Chinese.

If the thought is the protests are formulating on western ideas, there will be brutal repressions.

If the thought is the policy is hurting China, there will be a change of policy, and some scapegoat will be sacrificed be it Xi or some administrator who gave poor advice.

If we had a totally different set of politicians in charge of the USA maybe we could help them...but I'm sure in the end, the CCP would/will prevail simply because there is no limit on the level of violence and terror they will be willing to use to stay in power.

What's really sad and terrifying is that the unelected cretins at the WEF who are driving world economic and social policy behind the scenes have come right out and actually said that they (in this case WEF front man and Bond-Villain look-alike, Klaus Schwab) "admire the Chinese model very much."

They want to make the world like China and everything that is happening there now (and far worse) will eventually be the everyday lot of the American citizens who did not pay attention to the Chinese who are standing up after decades of being fearfully subservient to communism.

Even the conformist and largely hive minded Chinese people who grew up knowing nothing but communism find what's happening (Zero covid, locking down entire neighborhoods for weeks or months at a time to the point that elderly and infirm are dying from totally preventable reasons unrelated to Covid) to be intolerable, that should really say something.

Unlike the leftists in the West, the protesters in Iran and China are actually fighting for something important: the basic freedoms of an individual. Praying for them, especially the believers.

I kind of wish we could ship the brave hero's from BLM and Antifa over to China so they could see what actual repression looks like, we could call it their "Post-Grad freedom fighter" tour.....

I know a little about China as I traveled there many times during the 1980's [business]. I can affirm the government there rules with an "iron fist". The world just passed the 8 billion population mark, and China itself accounts for 1+ billion. Loss of life means nothing to Gov't officials: they have the compassion of a rock. Unless you're a part of the Gov't or a military officer, you're dispensable. I'm certain if these protests continue, the curtain will close for all foreign observation or intervention and the problem will be eliminated, Their military is immense, and intermixed with the civilian population. Members of the family will report any opposition. There are many Christian brothers and sisters there. Do you think they may be praying for the Lord's return. I Love the Chinese people and they are in my prayers.

In 1989 Chinese protesters occupied Tianamen Square and even built a model of the Statue of Liberty. Eventually the Chinese army started shooting. But a picture of one civilian standing in front of a tank has become history. The American administration was supportive of the protesters.
The current administration’s total silence on the protests happening now (that oppose Covid concentration camps) is making history as well. When the Chinese army starts shooting, our administration can maintain its silence and rely on their strategy “Let it blow over. Then the heat will be off.” Mafia rule Ten.

The current administration is silent because they know full well that the American people know they wanted to do the same exact thing in the US. They tried so hard to enforce lockdowns and vaccines. They did everything they could to cripple the American people. If they say anything now about China. Anything at all. They'll be shoving their feet in their mouths, and they have just enough self-awareness to know it.

By the way, TT, I am joining your boycott of Apple.
China doesn’t like Twitter being owned by Musk,
and are threatening to stop doing business with Apple since they provide access to Twitter. Apple is caving, tripping over Lebron on the way. The Airdrop service was facilitating communication between protesters in China. As I type, Ferrett Face is being asked by Fox why the White House will keep an eye on Twitter, but is silent when China bullies social media. Our tax dollars have been sent to Silicon Valley by the hundreds of millions. The White House doesn’t want their investments wasted.

Why don't you understand that we belong to God's kingdom and are His servants.
Your present position is not that of a servant of God.
No justice can be served by ideological disputes between nations, or by political views that come from dirty sources, perhaps politics, perhaps ambitious politicians.
As Jesus said, what is the meaning of winning the world and losing life?
We don't belong to this world. We belong to God.
The world is filled with so many lies that no one can see the truth, but we can obey God's Word.
Sowing discord is not what we should do.
I'm from China and I probably see things a little bit more comprehensively.
In this world, as Jesus said, no one is good except God.
So, patience.
Pray that God's will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
My college roommate became a missionary. China was a frequent mission field for him. I have never seen a post here that denigrates the people of China. Our issues are with the CCCP. Today I watched a video of Chinese police stopping people at random to search the phone calls made on their cell phones. If a call could be recognized as related to a protest organization, the citizen was arrested. If you are inside China please be careful.

Our weasel faced Secretary of State just said “If
we support the protesters, China will crack down due to the support of the West.”
Mr. Weasel: China will cite foreign influence even
we remain silent as a stone. Are you stupid, or do
you think we are?
Not just stupid, but “bought”. Very much like the VAST majority not our government. Local through federal. :apostasy
