Chicken fried steak/gravy with mashed potatoes and gravy from the deli.

Unless it rains this afternoon, we'll have filet mignon, corn on the cob, and butter and parsley red potatoes.

Charced grass-fed HAMBURGERS with lots of burnt ONIONS on whole wheat, choice of salad or Kosher dill pickles, and choice of dark chocolate or OJ. Maybe some leftover chilled, fresh, organic strawberries

Wife is bedridden this afternoon, but she did manage a walk with the dog this morning. When her energy leaves, it goes quickly.

Fend for your self tonight, and her EPI is flaring, so she only ate mashed potatoes. I had a small container of chicken soup I ate with ritz crackers crushed and dropped in my soup. I cant eat soup without overfilling the bowl with some type of crackers.

I did mange to a small bowl of cookie dough ice cream.

Slow cooked a 3lb Angus beef Chuck Roast in the Dutch oven, seasoned it with steak seasoning rub, seared it(roast was 4" thick) placed it in the dutch and added beef broth, 4 hours later superb eating, can't wait to get after the leftovers!

My bean in the soup didn't cook as tender as I would like. I'll try heating them and letting them set some more.
For dinner had frozen dinner = burger + whipped potatoes + corn + apple desert.

My wife had some stomach issues, and could only eat a little of her breakfast bowl.

Our neighbor came to the door and said they are going to bring us BBQ ribs later. Mac always mows his yard when ever he mows ours. They are very sweet BACs and we love having them as neighbors.

Today dinner was leftover BBQ chicken sandwiches, just enough for two fat sandwiches, I had 2 Vlasic Zesty dill spears and some Habanero Tostitos for sides, Mary had Tostitos and said No thank you to the pickle, she hates pickles.
