I'd be interested to know what your definition of "serviceable" entails?
He's an empty suit that can barely read from the teleprompter and it seems like he's probably got to be pumped full of stimulants to even do that.
He's held the least number of public addresses for any President in recent history.
He wears his dementia plainly for all to see; he was a "gaff machine" even as a young political leader but now it's like he's mentally broken. His "response" to the shooting by the tranny at the Christian school was beyond shameful; it was like he thought he was doing a comedy routine for the opener.

RFK Jr just announced he’s running today. Only 2 of his siblings and 1 of his cousins showed up to support him along with his children and grandchildren and his wife . The rest of the family are in the tank for Biden and many work for his administration in ambassadorial roles or in the case of his sister Kathleen in a sub cabinet role. I watched his announcement and a lot of what he cares about Biden doesn’t give a rip and I think he will run a campaign in the mold of his father. I’m pretty sure the powers that be won’t allow him to win much or at all. It’ll be interesting to watch it though.Should Newsom win our nation is still dead.
