Ukrainian forces launched a counter-attack in eastern Ukraine, Kyiv said Monday, with fighting reported near Kharkiv, the country’s second largest city. Vadym Denisenko, a government adviser, said in an televised statement Monday that Ukrainian forces have begun “our counter-offensive”. "It can no longer be stopped ... The announcement comes amid reports that Russia’s offensive in the southeastern Ukrainian region of Donbas have stalled.

In a perfect storm maybe Ukraine could win. If Putin is indeed ill and that affects his decision makin. And maybe if the supposedly coup is actually taking place, and maybe if the economic sanctions are hurting the Russian economy, and just maybe if Finland and Sweden wanting to join NATO somehow sends the message that it's neighbors are fed up finally. It could happen, but probably not. Don't poke the bear.

When other nations are sending you billions and billions to fight, might as well fight.

After Ukraine’s victory, can we hire Ukrainian soldiers as mercenaries to turn back the invasion at our southern border?
We could have two weeks on, two weeks off for each soldier. Their two weeks of R&R would be in select Caribbean hotels, with flights paid for by the Office of Homeland Security.
Thinking out of the box.
