The Real Common Trait Behind the Mass Shooting in Boulder...Is Something You Probably Already Know

Oh did you decide to leave your job? I know you were gagged with the regulations too and your boss penalized you for praying with clients of faith. I'm curious to hear what you'll be pursuing instead.

I'm on Maternity Leave now but trying to figure out what else I can do if I step away from private practice.
Yep. I tendered my resignation a couple of weeks ago and am wrapping up my caseload. I'll still volunteer and I can still access my clients in the camps, just not those coming strictly to the shelter for services. I'm still going to work at the refugee services part time because they are a true Christian outreach and most of the clients are Christian refugees from se Asia. So I am not restricted there spiritually.

I have colleagues with ridiculous case loads of 60+ weekly, so I've made arrangements to do some of their billing for them. Medicaid billing can be a true nightmare. It'll be some income and will let me work from home. Maybe that could be an option? People complain about the electronic billing but they're usually clinicians who never had to do their notes by hand as we did back in the day! lol

I remember paper notes, shudder! Lol Congratulations and I'm excited to hear you'll be less likely to be harassed to share your faith with clients now. I have looked into billing before but haven't found anything locally. Who knows but God where he will place us ultimately.

If the shooter is Islamic, black, Asian, Hispanic or anything else=mental illness.
If he is white=surprimist, hate crime, racist
The truth is=evil.
People will say, he is sick, no one wants to admit evil exists and is growing daily.
It is interesting how every time there is shooter, the media and the officials start selecting certain communities that have been affected. They even hide or delete any data that disagrees with their narrative. The perfect example is the Atlanta shooting. It had nothing to do with 'white American hate crime" against Asians. The guy was Muslim and citing ISIS propaganda in his social media platforms but conveniently these have been scrapped.

No doubt there are legitimate cases where hate crimes are committed against particular culture or race, but hijacking these for political campaigns is disgusting!

IMHO, the most common reasons why mass shootings keep happening is due to a few reasons.

The first reason is mental health issues, the mental health department in America is severely lacking, I know a few people through my sister that has severe mental health problems that has been in and out of psychiatric wards for only a few days in the hospital, which is not enough time to get issues under control. Generally they'll turn to illegal drugs and fry their brain in the process and it's a never ending loop for them and can't think straight. I was lucky enough myself; because there was a time period when I was a teenager I was physically abused to keep my mouth shut for witnessing my ex-stepdad that sexually assaulted my sister; later on after he was sent to jail, I developed PTSD and was severely bullied and barely graduated high school and was in the psychiatric ward in the hospital a few times. Granted I received the help that I needed to think straight from getting on the right cocktail of medication to think straight. When I was able to think straight and being a born again Christian I was able to draw closer to God again and I was able to sincerely forgive my ex-stepdad and I haven't had any PTSD or any nightmares of the abuse that he done to me. The medications helped me think straight and God did the rest to heal me and get me out of that endless loop. Which all this occurred before all my physical health problems which also happened to have a very positive attitude when I went through multiple brain surgeries and my stroke and spending several times in the nursing home. I've always kept an upbeat and positive attitude because God strengthened my mental health even more so than the medications which leaves me to my second point.

The second point of mass shootings is that God is being removed from school and society. Without having God in society, Satan grabs a foothold and his influence spreads throughout America becoming his playground with common sense, decency and rapid moral decline out the window causing more and more violence.

The third reason is I blame the news, they are an instigater to more mass shootings and causing copy cat shooters because they give the shooters their 15 minutes of fame; which is generally the shooters motivation because they feel alone and nobody notices them until they commit the act and they generally don't care if they live or die because of being at their rock bottom.

I don't think shootings happen because of "racism" and when that is the motive, I think that it's very rare; I think that it's the democrats escape goat to further their agenda and not look at the actual issues at hand. I think that they use these opportunities so that they can further their gun control agenda and try to make other Americans that are clueless to support their agenda.

Anyways, that is my opinion and observation. But the most important reason I think is we need God in America again as our foundation; only then our nation can heal.
