Lord, will you please move on 5 of the members of the SCOTUS to kill this horrible overreach of government.

Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas are usually a conservative vote Constitutionally speaking.

Ginsburg, Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor are decidedly left of the Constitution.

That leaves Justice Kennedy, so which way will he go, imagine the whole mess of obamacare may come down to one man's vote.:willy:

We need to be lifting up Kennedy to hold only to the Constitution. obamacare is such an onerous abuse of power and it needs to go the way of the dinosaurs.
