The Tea Party members petitioned under the premise that if a forged birth certificate was utilized to obtain a position for Barack Obama on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, their rights as Maricopa County voters could be compromised.

The Cold Case investigators further determined that the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in what Sheriff's investigators believe is a systematic effort to hide from public inspection whatever original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may have in their possession.

"Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures, to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have," said Mike Zullo, the lead investigator in Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Posse.

The Cold Case investigators have not yet determined who, when, or precisely how the long-form computer-generated birth certificate released on April 27 may have been forged, but investigators say the evidence contained in the computer-generated PDF file released by the White House as well as important deficiencies in the Hawaii process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed. ...

They also announced that they had a person of interest in the forgery & identified the computer that had the birth cert 20 minutes before it was uploaded to the web.

3 March 2012: Two days ago 79-year old Maricopa County (Phoenix, Arizona) Sheriff Joe Arpaio conducted a press conference in which he released the findings of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse’s 6-month long investigation of the long-form birth certificate issued by the Obama White House on 27 April 2011.

This investigation was initiated through a petition signed by residents of Maricopa County, some of whom are members of the local Tea party organization. Maricopa Country is one of the largest counties in both land area and population in the United States. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a nationally known lawman, and is also the besieged victim of a politically motivated witch-hunt of the Left due to his equally well-known conservative activism. That leftist witch-hunt has placed Sheriff Arpaio within the gauntlet of a federal grand jury investigation of alleged abuse of power, a series of official accusations from the Attorney General Eric Holder-led Department of Justice on racial profiling as well as accusations that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office did not adequately investigate hundreds of Arizona sex-crime cases.

“A six month long investigation conducted by my cold case posse has lead me to believe there is probable cause to believe that President Obama’s long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011, is a computer-generated forgery. The MCSO-CCPs investigation is an official police investigation, the first of its kind in the United States on rhis particular issue. In the opinion of this writer the MCSO_CCPs key finding that Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate is “a computer-generated forgery” demands the initiation of a Congressional inquiry through the office of a Special Prosecutor. The MCSOs findings should also demand that the 50 individual states of the United States disqualify Barack Hussein Obama from their 2012 election ballots until a Congressional-mandated Special Prosecutor’s investigation is completed.

In addition to the “computer-generated forgery” finding one other key other finding was released involving a “fraud and forgery” finding with respect to Obama’s Selective Service registration card.

What if it turns out the Prez should't be Prez? (meaning, by this investigation and document chase...performance in office is another matter and has already provided more than enough evidence)

Would it mean a search for the forger/s?

What if it turns out Barrie has been monkeying with photoshop, or had direct knowledge of it?

Would we see Sheriff Joe go to DC to arrest Prez O?

What about all the, er, accomplishments of the Audacious O...would they have to be rolled back?

Would this result in an immediate election, or would VP Biden get to hold the reins until a new Prez could be sourced?

Would Sen. McCain have a running, considering he was the chief RINO in the last, ahem, race?

What kind of legal sanctions could C-in-C Obama expect if it turns out he seized power fraudulently and did untold damage to the nation and its allies, and aided and abetted enemies in time of war?

What are the chances this whole thing will be whitewashed over or a suitable red-herring event dragged out to keep the ship of state firmly on the rails to hell in a handbasket?

Here's a thought; say, all the individual states do in fact follow the letter of the LAW and refuse Obama's name to be entered on the November ballot. Would that mean the Democratic Party will not have a candidate on the Presidential election ballot in November? What an interesting question.
