The two Mideast countries are disappointed with the Iran nuclear deal, as well as the American response to Houthi terrorist attacks in recent weeks.

The leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have been declining calls from US President Joe Biden for several weeks, The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing officials in the Middle East and the United States. The messages of dissatisfaction sent by Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) and Emirati Shiekh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan come as the two leaders share concerns over the American response to recent missile and drone strikes from Yemen, claimed by the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels.

The two nations are also reportedly disappointed with the state of negotiations in the ever-nearing Iran nuclear deal, according to the WSJ. The deal, which IAEA chief Rafael Grossi called "very complex," does not account for Saudi and Emirati security interests, they claimed. The US has been pushing to repair its relations with the two nations as it looks to stifle an oil crisis. Biden announced a ban on Russian oil imports on Tuesday as gas prices reach all-time highs globally.

The US can't be trusted by anyone anymore. Taiwan better realize this. No matter what Blinders may have promised them, he won't do squat. Japan is probably aware of this and should be doing all they can defensively to prepare for a belligerent and a more emboldened China. Beijing hasn't forgotten about the atrocities committed on them by Japan during WWII and won't forgive them for those. The red dragon wants to be the power in that region and have made threats to its neighbors and even to Australia.

As far as the UAE and Saudi Arabia are concerned, they should be extremely concerned about how the US is trying to help Iran acquire nuke capability. They need to do all they can to enable Israel to do what they will be required to do when the time comes to attack those nuke sites in Iran. That should include opening up their airspace and maybe even use of their airfields covertly to ensure an easier path to affect a positive outcome.

Israel is more at risk than Taiwan. The US has really turned on them since the election.

Biden did something to slow or stop the work on Israel's pipeline to Europe before all this war on the Ukraine began. It got buried in the news cycles but I haven't forgotten it.

Nor have I forgotten that he stopped the pipeline for Canadian Oil to come south into the US. Keystone. He hasn't been calling the Alberta premier or less importantly Trudeau to open it up again.
