As well, studying the Epistle to the Romans has been helpful to me along these lines! http://www.biblestudytools.com/romans/

Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. ...

2 Corinthians 5:13-16 ESV / 15 helpful votes
For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised. Simeon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. Thank you Mary! Such a good study, I love it.

I'll add Proverbs 3:6 "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." (am looking at Biblehub.com and over a dozen versions pops up, but mostly KJV)

One of my favorite verses I hold very dear. 3:5 as well. I repeat it many a time when faced with uncertainty, disappointment, ect.

Thanks for posting Mary, great list
