Public university display teaches 'Christian privilege is directly connected to White supremacy'
The display said, 'Christian privilege is the idea that Christians receive inherent advantages in society due to the perception that Christianity is status quo'
By Gabriel Hays

Former California teacher and Christian Jessica Tapia shares how she was fired earlier this year after she refused to lie to parents about their children's gender identity on 'The Ingraham Angle.' A professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) is under fire for putting up a display on "Christian privilege" in one of the school’s hallways for most of the 2022-2023 school year.

Charmayne "Charli" Champion-Shaw, a lecturer for the public university’s Native American & Indigenous Studies department, put up the anti-Christian display last October where it remained in the hallway for the entire school year, according to reports. The bulletin board display, titled "Understanding Christian Privilege," provided students, faculty and guests with a visual lesson in the inherent societal advantages that all Christians allegedly have.

I highlighted the entire book of Romans
At work they gave us regular lectures on ‘Christian Privilege’ that went along with the normal lgbtq+{#\%{^3.14159 garbage. I was so angry and decided to challenge them on it in a huge meeting. They haven’t mentioned Christian privilege since. I thought I was gonna get fired haha

I had never heard of Christian privilege before. Just male privilege, White privilege, and Muslim privilege.

I'll just keep on wearing my T shirts with Bible verses, 5 solas, and other Christian things. God says I can and should do it, the First Amendment says it's legal to do it, and TPTB can kiss my butt if they try to tell me otherwise :tappingfoot If that's Christian privilege, then so be it.

I've never heard of Christian privilege. Briefly looked it up and don't understand it, have to look up more.
It's a complaint made by those who believe the US should be a truly secularized nation. Every vestige and influence of Christianity removed from the public sphere.

Any example of you professing your faith outside your home; witnessing to other people, going to church, celebrating Christmas and Easter; voting your conscience; renting or watching Christian movies; posting on this forum; all of it. This is all considered Christian privilege.

The idea that we are the protected class; and that everyone else is marginalized or oppressed because of it.

The people making these kinds of arguments are really only right about one thing; we are blessed to live in the west, where religious freedom has long been respected and in fact, the US was founded on principles like that.

Of course they don't want to acknowledge why religious freedom exists in this country. Not our roots, not our spiritual heritage. If Islam or Hindu influence was equal or greater to Christianity here, we wouldn't have that freedom.

If the irreligious ever realize their toxic dream; no more "Christian privilege"; you won't be able to vote the way you want, you won't be able to talk about your faith in public, etc. This would allegedly be done in the name of equality(no one belief is greater than another), but that's not how it would be. Persecution will become a reality for us, every day.

Hard persecution of women and girl Christians living in and part of muslim communities in the United States is already reality. They have to keep it an absolute secret from all men and boys and all the non-Christian women and girls in their communities (both the muslim parts and the outside parts). It's just as dangerous for them as it would be if they were living under the strictest sharia in other parts of the world. Honor killings, severe beatings, whippings, scaldings, other tortures, forced marriages (including littl girls as young as 6 or 7), kidnappings and shipping to muslim countries or other muslim communities, being sold into slavery (sex or otherwise), "disappearances," female genital mutilation (FMG), not allowed to attend school, not allowed to vote (or must photograph ballot and show it to husband/male relative, not allowed to associate freely with anyone outside the immediate family, "chaperoned" by a male relative 12 or over every place she goes, not allowed to execute legal documents, not allowed to drive, not allowed to use the phone or internet without being "supervised," etc. All of this is happening in the United States now to female Christians and muslims living in muslim communities :mad
