Psalm 88 question

It is attributed to Heman the Ezrahite but catalogued with the sons of Korah. It describes his desperate appeal to God as he experiences a very low place in his life. He feels overwhelmed as he says "thou dost overwhelm me with all thy waves." But in this he turns to the Lord for help: "every day I call upon thee, O Lord; I spread out my hands to thee." He daily pursues the Lord's help. I always look at these Psalms as the example that troubles drive us to God and so will loneliness as well.
