Pentagon: United States Military Personnel Operating in Ukraine to Track Weaponry

Tall Timbers

Imperfect but forgiven
United States Military personnel have been deployed to Ukraine to, it is claimed, keep track of weaponry and ammunition supplied at the expense of the American taxpayer, the Pentagon says.

In order to alleviate concerns that American military equipment will end up on the black market, a U.S. “defence attaché” of military personnel has been sent under the command of Brig. Gen. Garrick Harmon to conduct arms inspections of weaponry supplied to the Ukrainians.

The military operation, which is being conducted alongside the Office of Defense Cooperation operating out of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, will also seek to bolster the ability of Kyiv (Kiev) to set up border checks for weapons smugglers, step up training for Ukrainian inspectors and guards, as well as providing training on how to properly dispose or destroy weapons and munitions.

Speaking at a no-names Pentagon briefing, the transcript of which has been published, a “senior defense official” said “There have been several of these inspections”.

Describing the “proactive steps” taken to keep American arms out of the hands of smugglers and criminals in Ukraine — emphasising the Department of Defence had not yet seen evidence of equipment being “diverted” — the unnamed official said “ensuring accountability of advanced weapons donations is a top priority”.

I personally think the idiots running our country have taken it too far. If I were Putin I think I'd go ahead and nuke the USA mainland over US troops in Ukraine. Hit a hundred of the largest cities, all of the ports, all of the capitals, and especially Washington D.C. Then give Ukraine the choice to surrender unconditionally within 24 hrs or be turned in to glass. Putin is supposed to be a madman, now, isn't he, so why not?

Chances are the USA leadership would be too inept to respond, at least not in a timely manner. Putin would have time to say, send even one nuke to our homeland and we'll counter with 3000 more and utterly destroy you.

Interesting a public admission that the country we have given 80-ish billion dollars to is so corrupt we have send military personel to ensure the weaponry we give them is used to defend themselves as intended and not sold off to line pockets.

And yet the next "aid package" will be sold to us as necessary and crucial to defend themselves. Time is of the essence !!

I think the Biden scolding or raising voice to Zelensky info being leaked and this news is all to protect themselves from future news that our weaponry is somewhere it shouldn't be. Also so Biden can appear watchful and prudent in his spending when the reality is he is anything but.

I'm over it.

Unfortunately our military would respond while there's were inbound, I say Unfortunately because no one wins in this scenario. God's word doesn't tell me that this happens at least until the tribulation period.

I just can’t see a massive nuclear exchange before the trib.
Concur. A limited exchange could be possible, but even that would be hard to keep from escalating.

Who really knows how far Putin will go, but others in his government may already have some hidden safeguards in place. It would be foolish of him to think any detonation on US soil would not be met with the same to Russia.

Choose your words carefully...
1. The democrats ware very good at waging war. They know how to make bocu bucks from it. I figure retaliation will be quick if its not already automated.
I seem to remember Johnson [D] pushing us deeper into Vietnam, and Nixon [R] getting us out.
2. A nuke engagement will be limited and will provide an excellent venue to put them in control of a benevolent dictator [masquerade] or some automated computer system, at least until they can be outright banned and destroyed. Remember the Armageddon armies are huge numbers of bodies. Nukes are not available.
3. During Ukraine's war, they will do all they can to keep and use what we have provided.
Once the war is over and they have to start paying their bill, then stuff will go to highest bidder. Sanch marnie? [exchange money, China]?

ItIsFinished!

Blood bought child of the King of kings.
Hmmm... very annoying.
So this wicked , incompetent, circus administration is making the decision(s) to go over to Ukraine and "track" weaponry and ammunition??
Oh I'm sure this is totally legit. Nothing to see here folks , move along...
We should of NEVER sent any weaponry and munitions to Ukraine muchless billions of dollars.
We left over 7 BILLION DOLLARS worth of military equipment behind in Afghanistan.
13 American servicemen lost their lives because we left as well as many Afghans. We left in the most dysfunctional , haphazardly manner .
Really?? Absolutely INCOMPETENT !
Now "they" want to create a form of accountability in regards to the billions of dollars (that we can't afford) of money and weaponry we sent them??

The only thing we should send is prayers .
Why not ,one can say? Shouldn't we help the Ukrainians fight against a group of people crossing over the border into their country ?
Funny one should ask...
America is at war within our own country.
1. Southern border CRISIS.
2. Public School System.
3. Transgenderism/ (Mutilation of children).
4. Diesel/ Gas fiasco.
5. Fentanyl.
6. Crystal Methamphetamine.
7. Addiction (in general).
8. Crime (in general).
9. Threat of Socialism.
10. Major deception and corruption.

We do not have the resources nor financial ability to support Ukraine. Were not even defending our own country!!!
Our borders are being overflowed with LARGE amounts of drugs and criminals. We need to focus on America . We need to focus on our compromised (by design) borders . We need to focus on our children!

I'm disgusted with all of it.

I am tired of seeing billions of USD going to ukraine... when I drive down my road and see entreprenurial business in such dire need of capital. Old trackhoes and trucks out working hard... only new equipment is bearing state and other government tags. Sad day for the average American.
