WASHINGTON – The leaked bombshell US Supreme Court draft decision suggesting the court might overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling legalizing abortion sent Democrats scrambling on Tuesday, with lawmakers and activists looking for some way to head off the sweeping social change. “If the report is accurate, the Supreme Court is poised to inflict the greatest restriction of rights in the past 50 years – not just on women but on all Americans,” Congress’s top two Democrats, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, said in a joint statement. “The Republican-appointed justices’ reported votes to overturn Roe v. Wade would go down as an abomination, one of the worst and most damaging decisions in modern history.”

Chief Justice John Roberts said the Supreme Court would investigate the leak of the draft, which indicated that a majority of the nine justices are set to overturn the constitutional right to abortion – a breach of the court’s trust that he called a “betrayal.” In a news release, the court confirmed that the document dated from February was authentic, but cautioned that the draft opinion which would overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion nationwide does not represent the “final position of any member on the issues in the case.” The news broke a little more than six months before midterm elections that will determine if Democrats hold their razor-thin majorities in the US Congress for the next two years of President Joe Biden’s term.

WORST case scenario (for those who simply cannot bear the thought of living a life where they are not permitted to murder their unborn children) is that the question of legality re; abortions is solely contingent on the individual state.

One potential GOOD thing that could come of this is that perhaps those pesky “economic refugees” who flee Blue states to Red states (But keep voting blue, thus making their new homes as awful as their former) may think twice about moving and stay in their happy little leftist utopia where they belong.

100% certain that not murdering born or unborn children is NOT an abomination, but murdering them IS ! Along with a couple other things the Lord calls an abomination, and one is coming in the last 3.5 years of world history, which may not be that far away.

Two things being said by the pro abortion people are so contradictory they'd be laughable if the matter was not so serious: 1, overturning Roe v Wade will lead to women no longer having access to legal abortions, and 2, the overwhelming majority of voters support what liberals call abortion rights. Overturning Roe does not outlaw abortion; it simply allows state legislatures to outlaw it if they want to. So if it's true that a majority of voters want it kept legal, this decision will have no effect and the current status will not change.

Of course a majority of voters does not support abortion, at least not nationwide, and the pro abortion crowd knows it.

What this is likely to lead to, assuming that Roe is overturned (and I don't think it's a done deal yet; Roberts could betray his oath as he has done before), is that it will remain legal in liberal dominated states, and be outlawed or be subject to various restrictions in others. So it's unlikely to end abortion, because the most it can do is cause the woman wanting to kill her baby to have to travel to another state.

I hope in time we as a country mature enough, and return to faith in God, so that it is outlawed nationwide. But this does not seem likely, at least not until a massive change takes place.

The abortion debate has overshadowed what is a very big part of this decision: Roe v Wade was a bad decision made by a corrupt court; this was obvious from the beginning. Every court since then had a lawful duty to overturn that decision but none did. If this court does its duty that is a very good sign, because a court that will overturn Roe is one that is likely to uphold the law in other ways too.

The slogan choice is a lie, as liberal slogans typically are. So I came up with a few acronyms to point out the lie in it:

CHOICE: Child Homicide Officially Institutionalized with Creative Euphemisms
Church of Hell Over the Inferno Come to Earth (this one applies to so-called choice on more than just abortion; ultimately it means choose the god of this world)

The use of a misleading slogan like this shows that they know there is something wrong with their position. People who support the right to keep and bear arms could use the same slogan, saying that we are pro choice on the gun issue, but since we are not ashamed of our position we openly and proudly call ourselves pro gun or pro Second Amendment. If the baby killers really did think abortion is ok they would openly and proudly call themselves pro abortion.

They do call themselves pro abortion rights, but this slogan takes attention away from the actual thing they support, while supporting the lie that there is a Constitutional right to get an abortion.

The COVID lockdowns/mandates were probably the greatest rights restrictions the people have ever faced, and they were probably all unConstitutional, not that that matters to the deep state.

Now i can agree that America is in a crisis but not for the reasons that the media are stating, on top of that doom and gloom announcement they are now drumming in on the interest rate increase to add to the hysteria.

There is a common sense solution to abortion. Before the woman and man engage in intercourse they should both use birth control. If they both did this, abortion would become a non issue. And Satan would be in tears without the death of unborns.
