New Baseball Season

Dodgers have won 6 in a row and are now the hottest team. Last night, Max Muncy hit a game ending, walk off grand slam home run. Mad Max is back after having a bad season last year. He currently leads baseball with 12 HRs.

Shohei Ohtani pitched for the Angels last night, gave up 4 runs in the Angels win, but stuck out 13 batters in 5 innings. He has not lost a game yet. He also had 3 hits.

Dodgers have the 4th best record so far, early in this season.

Minnesota Twins are still first in AL-Central. Second-place Cleveland Indians (I hate the name Guardians, and they'll always be the Indians to us because of the long rivalry over the years decades), are four games behind.

Wish we could skip over June (and the annual (inevitable) June Swoon [sigh]

I barely watch any games, but maybe an inning at a time at the most. I do continue with a habit I have continued since about age 8, I read the box scores every day, keeping track of certain teams and players.

Baseball seasons are long. Just when you think someone is out of it they are back in it and vise-versa.
