Not sure how credible this source is or if this is actually true. IF it is, and I wouldn't be surprised if Obama made an offer like this, it's not good for the US.

I cannot remember a time when Russia could actually be trusted. Obama is our Chamberlain!:

If it is true, I bet they do welcome it! Reports have it that Russia is incresing their nuclear production 400%.

Obama is doing a marvelous job projecting American weakness throughout the world. Since when do enemies respect weakness?

The only good thing about having nuclear weapons as a deturrent to war on the planet was the threat of M.A.D. Mutually Assured Destruction. If the US cuts its arsenal and puts the balance of nuclear power into anyones favor, these Despots that rule these communist and Muslim nations would likely use them, am I certain they would favor a level of existence after nuclear war with them remaining the world's power that have the US exist. They do not care about their citizens they are mearly pawns to generate their tax dollars and man their armies.
