Colorado has jumped on the band wagon, and now requires the teaching of "LBGT History" in schools. Not sure why their history is so different than the rest of us, but.... I guess legislatures think we need to learn about their personal lives as well. In the news article I read, parents are not allowed to keep their kids home from these teachings; they are mandatory. This is an example why so many people in my area now home school their kids. And, their kids are YEARS ahead of the public-schooled children.
I have a friend whose child just went off to college. In the admission forms, they were given 8 choices when it came to "How do you identify yourself?" Straight, gay, lesbian, queer, trans, etc. etc. (I can't even think of more to include, but the form did.)
What confusion this all causes. I can't imagine being a young child, growing up with all this rubbish. Now days, it must be so frustrating for parents who are trying to give their kids a good start, with sound teaching. And this must sadden our Savior.
Come quickly Lord Jesus.
