A transcript of former FBI lawyer Lisa Page’s private testimony released this week confirms that former President Barack Obama’s Justice Department had basically made it impossible for the FBI to truly investigate Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

During the 2016 presidential campaign, the FBI investigated Clinton’s use of a private email server during her entire tenure as Obama’s secretary of state, when she handled classified information for four years on a computer system outside the government’s considerable security measures.

In July 2016, then-FBI Director James Comey cleared Clinton of all charges but described her behavior as “extremely careless.”

The decision was shocking, and indefensible to anyone who’d been paying attention.

As it turns out, though — as first reported Feb. 25 by the New York-based Epoch Times and passed along in the Conservative Tribune — Obama’s Department of Justice had determined one outcome of the FBI’s investigation before it was completed, according to Page’s July 2018 testimony before a joint task force of the House Judiciary and Oversight committees.

The transcript of Page’s testimony released Tuesday, as reported by the Washington Examiner, confirms that Page told lawmakers that the FBI had “multiple conversations with the Justice Department about charging gross negligence.”

But the department wasn’t interested in pursuing it.

“The Justice Department’s assessment was that it was both constitutionally vague, so that they did not actually feel that they could permissibly bring that charge,” Page said.

“We had multiple conversations with the Justice Department about bringing a gross negligence charge. And that’s, as I said, the advice that we got from the Department was that they did not think — that it was constitutionally vague and not sustainable.”

Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe of Texas asked Page to clarify if the DOJ told her:

“You’re not going to charge gross negligence because we’re the prosecutors and we’re telling you we’re not going to.”

    “That’s correct,” Page responded........

What else do you expect from an administration that lit the White House up in rainbow colors?

I too, wish God would allow us to see some justice for the REAL perps before He takes us home. It gets so depressing to see the blatant lawlessness being flaunted by the left, and many who CLAIM to be on the right, and that there seems to be no hope of even the slightest “swamp draining”.

  5. Everything the Democrats accuse Republicans of doing THEY are the ones doing it, EVERY TIME...

This is what collusion looks like!

Dems call Republicans racist, sexist, homophobic, while governing with intersectionality as their driving force. What is more racist than that?

The real problem is that most Dems are not believers, they have no LOGOS, NO FOUNDATION, so they are about acquiring power at any cost! I'll take it a step further and say that the far leaning left are GOD HATERS and what to dismantle and destroy anything pertaining to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savoir.

The good news is we are told to look up when evil is called good and good is called evil. We are getting close! Stay vigilant!

One day the jackal’s knee will bow and his tongue declare Jesus is Lord. His time here on earth is the only heaven he will ever know barring his getting saved.
