The Knesset's Foreign and Security Committee will debate the closure of Al Jazeera in Israel after the Knesset plenum voted on the issue on Wednesday morning. The issue was raised by MKs Oded Forrer, Ze'ev Elkin, Moshe Pasal, Simcha Rothman, Erez Malul, and Moshe Roth.

The MKs explained that they had raised the issue in Knesset because "despite the fact that the government passed the regulations and approved the process that will allow the channel's closure, the prime minister has refrained from raising the subject for a debate and decision in the Ministers' Security Committee."

Kinda like the MSNBC of the Arab world. They can be insightful as they give their slant of the news and they seem to have better information access in some countries.
Likey just as biased as you would expect from many of our news sites. I believe they are more suni muslim than the extreme version.
