The map in the article showing the location of the exclave is interesting from a strategic perspective (especially access to the Baltic Sea).
Wonder how long it'll be before Russia USSR demands this territory to be ceded to them from Poland There are many similarities between this potential "situation" and Crimea, Donetsk, etc.

"The Kremlin has reacted furiously after a Polish government body advised using a different name for Russia's exclave of Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea coast.
The Polish committee said the city and wider area should instead be called Królewiec.
This was the area's traditional name, it said, and the decision no longer to use an "imposed name" was partly a result of Russia invading Ukraine.
Russia said the decision was "bordering on madness" and "a hostile act"."

I can confirm this is true. This is the human condition though, we don’t like each other for whatever reasons, but it will be resolved once and for all when Jesus comes back.

It's insanity. The western media were busy reporting on how the Pope was being called in to speak with Russia on behalf of the kidnapped Ukrainian children taken by Russia since the war began.

It sounded great until you take into account the millennia of bad blood between the Catholic and Orthodox churches excommunicating each other etc. Lots more going on there than meets the eye right now including some Catholic manoeuvring to be the ones to bring Russia to peace and back into the Catholic fold.

All guaranteed to inflame Putin and the RO church in Russia and make them even more paranoid than usual which is saying a lot.

Combine that with Biden's gaffes on his trip to Poland-- promising US troops they'd see first hand what was happening in the Ukraine, and it's a wonder Putin hasn't nuked Kiev, Odessa AND a few other key cities in Ukraine already.

I wonder how long the Restrainer will restrain Putin from lobbing a tactical nuke at those cities
