The other day I was talking with some of my kids after church. A comment was made in reference to Matthew 18:21-22 where Jesus was talking about forgiving someone not seven times but seventy times seven. Me being my weird self reliving multiplication exercises from my grade school years thought, hum, 70 X 7 equals 490. Of course, you know what my next thought was, "That's interesting that Daniel 9:25 also mentions the number 490 in reference to the 70 weeks of 7 years each week.
So on God's timeline we know that 483 years have already past and the last 7 years is the come. This pause, so to speak, we know if for the Age of Grace to take place. Jesus ushered in this Age with His spectacular demonstration of Love and Forgiveness through His death and resurrection.
I'm sure you guys have already seen this. I'm not sure what all is here in this correlation or maybe there is nothing at all. Just thought this was interesting. Your thoughts?
