HP disables customers’ printers if they use ink cartridges from cheaper rivals

Ghoti Ichthus

Pray so they do not serve alone. Ephesians 6:10-20
Wow how did you keep it alive this long?

Cleaning, preventive maintenance, and replacing parts as they wore out (not many did). Important to remove cat hair, dog hair, paper dust and bits, etc. from the tray, guts, etc., and very helpful to keep away from moisture, dust, excessive heat or cold, direct sunlight (due to heating and/or big temperature fluctuations), etc. Using plain, not-slick, and for-sure-not-damp (humidity) paper helps, too. Oh, and proper cord and connector handling and maintenance (no rough handling, no sharp bends, don't step on it, don't allow cats and dogs to chew or lay on it, keep clean, etc.)

It's a pretty simple printer with only a few functions, but built like a (very small) tank :lol

:tank Funny, from the side, other than being much shorter sideways proportionally, printer's kind of shaped like the RF tank! :lol
