Exclusive: DHS warns that trucker protests in U.S. could begin on Super Bowl Sunday

The Department of Homeland Security is warning law enforcement and public safety officials in the United States that a prolonged trucker convoy protesting vaccine mandates could begin on Feb. 13, when the Super Bowl is played in Los Angeles.

The warning of a trucker protest similar to the one that has brought Ottawa, Canada, to a virtual halt, states that “the convoy could severely disrupt transportation, federal government, and law enforcement operations through gridlock and potential counterprotests.”

According to senior law enforcement officials and documents obtained by Yahoo News, the warning circulated to law enforcement nationwide on Tuesday by the Department of Homeland Security states that the agency “has received reports of a convoy of truckers planning to potentially block roads in major metropolitan cities in the United States in protest of, among other things, vaccine mandates for truck drivers.”

The DHS alert says “the group intends to start in California as early as mid-February and travel to Washington, D.C., as late as mid-March, reportedly gathering truckers as they travel across the country,” adding that truckers from the protest in Ottawa may also head to Washington to participate.

It would be nice to see Washington D.C. come to a complete halt. I would hope that once people made it to the Beltway in their vehicles they could move unhindered as driving in that area is stressful enough without it being worse than normal. Maybe if folks have advance notice more could use the public transportation that they have in the area.

Could this become a lightening rod that draws that energy to it and gives it a purpose? Time will tell. But I'm glad to see the backbone of America at least trying to get something done.

I have driven through there a few times, and timing is key. My first time, I was driving north on the 95 from NC, hit the beltline on 495, and missed my turn to the 270 which would take me up towards PA. However, by the time I realized I missed the turn, I was well past it, so ended up going around the entire 495 loop TWICE, the second time in traffic. This was back in the old paper map days.

I can only imagine what a trucker backlog would cause, but its a good cause, so stand by DC for delays.

Does it seem to you that the political leaders in the US are pressing for war, whether abroad or in the Homeland? It's as though they are doing all they can to keep America in a crisis mode from one thing or another. The pandemic crisis is wearing down and people are fed up and want normal back, and the politicians know their crisis that couldn't go to waste is dying so they need another crisis to take it's place. I believe what the truckers are doing is going to benefit a lot of people and I'm for them all going to DC,BUT I hope they stay away from the Super Bowl as IMHO,that will hurt a lot of people who have paid a lot of money for their tickets , It can only hurt their cause...

I think they expect war and are preparing for it. In fact they know that there is already a war underway and has been for a long time, with the liberal cult literally waging communist revolutionary war by subversion on America. The war is mostly cold (so far) but it is no less a real war, and the consequences of America losing this war are no less severe than if a foreign army marched across our border and placed us under the control of a despot: either way, the land of the free is transformed into the land of the slave.

They know their plans, so they know that a time will come when the war they wage against us will go from cold to hot, and they are making preparations for that time. Based on their dedication and their ruthlessness, and based on the fact that they have the blood of 60 million unborn babies on their hands and it doesn't bother them one bit, I think it's safe to say that on the day they are convinced they can win a shooting war, on that very same day the war they wage against America will turn hot.

Everything they do is in preparation for this. The Merrick Garland Gestapo is one good example; it was made clear from the beginning that this force will be used to hunt down what it calls domestic terrorists. And who are these "terrorists?" BLM? Antifa? No, they are patriots; this is based on who they call domestic terrorists and why.

Another example is the expansion of anti-American, communist indoctrination in the schools under the name critical race theory; this is also racist indoctrination, but that's just to divide us and make us easier to conquer. This program is also underway in the military as I understand it.

There have also been rumors of patriots being purged from the military and political war operatives moved into strategic positions in the military, as well as police forces like the FBI and Marshals Service.

This war is clearly part of a much bigger war, that goes back to the beginning, as told in the book of Genesis. If this isn't apparent to you, you haven't been paying attention. What I don't know is are those who serve the god of this world on the verge of complete victory because America becoming a dictatorship at this time is part of His plan, or is it because His people have been too passive and not stood against this building satanic dictatorship, so He lets us have what our inaction tells Him we deserve.

But I am convinced that if it is His plan that America fall under the control of devil-worshippers at this point (presumably in order that a one-world government can be formed), there is nothing we can do about it. And since we don't know for certain that this is his plan at this point in history, I don't think He will mind if we stand in opposition to it.

I read that the Ottawa Sheriff wants them to move on or they will be arrested. I thought was really great how people were bringing the truckers gas.
