European Union adopts ban on gas-powered cars beginning in 2035
European Union negotiators reached a deal requiring carmakers must cut CO2 emissions by 100% by 2035
By Adam Sabes FOXBusiness

Negotiators from the European Union reached a deal that would effectively ban sales of gas-powered cars beginning in 2035. The deal was reached on Thursday by negotiators from EU member countries, European Parliament, and the European commission. By 2035, the new law states that carmakers must cut their CO2 emissions by 100%, rendering it impossible to sell cars that are gas-powered. Jan Huitema, a lead negotiator for the European Parliament, said that the deal is "good news."

An electric car goes only 300 or so miles without a charge. Are we going to have charging stations instead of gas stations in the future? And how long will it take to charge an electric car?
This is bad, bad idea.

I have a hard time seeing the oil industry actually giving up their entire industry. They will virtue signal but behind the scenes they will certainly be lobbying to end the destruction of their businesses.

They will either put metal strips along the road like old AFX slot cars, or hang trolley wires and put pantographs on the vehicle roofs.

So will we have to lick the bottom of our cars to make them go faster?
Na, we just need to flip the car and use a pink eraser on the pick up plates.

If I remember right, there was a C shaped clip and if you bent it right, it would compress the armature to the brushes and increase you speed.
