Elon Musk says Twitter still in ‘negative cash flow’ due to 50% drop in advertising, debt
The SpaceX and Tesla CEO said that Twitter needs to 'reach positive' cash flow' before it can have the 'luxury of anything else'

Elon Musk revealed Saturday that Twitter’s cash flow is still negative due to a drop in advertising on the site and a "heavy debt load" following his $44 billion buy last year. "We’re still negative cash flow, due to — 50% drop in advertising revenue plus heavy debt load," the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, who is Twitter’s executive chairman, said in response to a user who suggested the platform recapitalize. "Need to reach positive cash flow before we have the luxury of anything else."

Imperfect but forgiven
I don't think hiring a WEF devotee to be CEO of the company is going to help Twitter reach a positive cash flow. Musk not only overpaid for Twitter by magnitudes, it appears that his losses from purchasing the company will continue. Besides the threat of rising competition in the Twitter space that libertards are flocking to, you've got a CEO who's purging those on the conservative side. Economically speaking, Musk made a horrible decision in purchasing Twitter. With the hiring of the WEF cub, it appears that he's continuing to make horrible decisions with regards to Twitter. He says be bought it to bring back free speech to the platform... then he hires a CEO who only supports speech that follows the party line. Like many tech companies, Twitter may well find itself in the trash heap of history. Musk seems to make one misstep after another with his social media company. Maybe he should stick to working to sending people on a one way trip to Mars.
