Hasn’t the Earth always rotated in a 23h, 56m day since forever? That’s why we add a leap day every four years.

Honestly I have thought alot about this Shortened days verse of the bible. My husband and I were talking about it on Sunday and he said it could be accomplished by the earth spinning faster. How does that happen though? could a massive earthquake do that? Possibly. But then would it be less then 7 years? The bible does say the number of days of the end days... but would the day just be shorter? Very interesting to think about!

Yes. My hubby and I have been talking alot about how the days seem so much shorter. He tells me it’s because the Bible does state that in the end times days will be shortened. I imagine they will be shortened even more during the tribulation.

And also remove a lot. Maybe a lot more than it introduces. Stuff in space travels really, really fast, so lots of force, and there could be some orbital trajectory impact (pun intended)

Every century that's divisible by 4, the leap day that would normally happen, doesn't. So, 2000 wasn't a leap year. 2100 will be.
