Disclosure, Aliens, and the Apocalypse
By Pete Garcia

The Battle Over Disclosure

Folks, something seismic is quietly brewing under the surface of our nation’s capital that is more akin to a tsunami than a riptide. However you want to look at it, it’s going to be an interesting next couple of years (Lord willing) as we watch this all unfold. If I can put it in the simplest of terms, it’s what happens when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object.

The 2024 Intelligence Authorization Act (IAA) co-sponsored by senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) seeks, among other things, to strip the veil off of the secrecy surrounding the covert Special Access Programs (both acknowledged and unacknowledged) that are routinely used to hide highly classified programs, such as reverse engineering alien technology (e.g., alien propulsion systems) and other exotic extraterrestrial material. Essentially, congressional funding is tied to routine disclosure of said programs to the Pentagon’s new All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) led by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick.

“AARO provides the opportunity to integrate and resolve threats and hazards to the U.S., while also offering increased transparency to the American people and reducing the stigma around this issue of high public interest,” wrote the senators. “AARO’s success will depend on robust funding for its activities and cooperation between the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. As such, we respectfully request your assistance in securing the necessary funding and organizational support for AARO’s success and longevity.” (Source)

The passage of this bill (should it pass, and it looks like it will), has the power to shift the balance of power from the clandestine US intelligence agencies (along with their corporate acolytes of Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, etc.) to that of the Department of Defense’s newly created Space Force by mandating disclosure of the highly classified and often covert Special Access Programs. In other words, if the CIA, NRO, and other intelligence agencies and their corporate counterparts do not disclose what they are working on to AARO’s Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, they will not receive funding. According to this article in Defensescoop.com,

The proposed legislative language included in the annual authorization bill comes just after reports from a former Pentagon official-turned-whistleblower emerged, alleging that the U.S. had or has what could be spacecraft of non-human origin in its UAP research arsenal. So far, lawmakers have not responded to those claims, which also have not been proven with official records or evidence to date.

But in the latest version of the IAA introduced in the Senate last week, lawmakers incorporated a mandate for any person currently or formerly under contract with the federal government that “has in their possession material or information provided by or derived from the” government relating to UAP — “that formerly or currently is protected by any form of special access or restricted access” — to notify Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the Pentagon’s new All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), within 60 days of the bill’s enactment.

No later than 180 days after the IAA’s passage, the officials would also need to make “all such material and information” and “a comprehensive list of all non-earth origin or exotic [UAP] material” available to AARO for “assessment, analysis, and inspection.”

With the recent incendiary disclosure by Defense intelligence whistleblower, David Charles Grusch, who has alleged that the Intelligence Community is hiding classified evidence of “intact and partially intact craft of non-human origin,” (Source) this shocking revelation all but demands better oversight of what exactly the Intelligence agencies are doing with said technology. Despite other claimed whistle-blowers like Bob Lazar whose credentials may or may not hold up to scrutiny, the same article goes on to highlight Grusch’s credentials and trustworthiness as a federal whistleblower who has dutifully made use of the well-established, legally protected whistleblower process.

While a previous UFO expert in the government might have been discredited, Grusch has bona fides that are worth taking seriously. Grusch is a 36-year-old combat veteran of Afghanistan who was a member of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, the program run by the Office of Naval Intelligence to investigate UFO sightings. From 2019 to 2021, he served on the task force as the representative of the National Reconnaissance Office, considered one of the big five of the U.S. intelligence agencies. His colleagues think highly of him, too. Karl Nell, a retired Army colonel who was also on the UFO task force, told the Debrief that Grusch was “beyond reproach.” Nell even backed up one of Grusch’s claims in the complaint: that there is an ongoing competition with other countries to “identify [UFO] crashes/landings and retrieve the material for exploitation/reverse engineering.”

“His assertion concerning the existence of a terrestrial arms race occurring sub-rosa over the past eighty years focused on reverse engineering technologies of unknown origin is fundamentally correct,” Nell told the Debrief. “As is the indisputable realization that at least some of these technologies of unknown origin derive from non-human intelligence.” Another intelligence official investigating UFOs, Jonathan Grey, concurred. “The non-human intelligence phenomenon is real. We are not alone,” he said. “This is a global phenomenon, and yet a global solution continues to elude us.”

An unclassified version of the complaint shared with the Debrief states that the evidence of extraterrestrial tech was illegally withheld from congressional oversight by the Intelligence Community in order to “purposely and intentionally thwart legitimate Congressional oversight of the UAP Program.” (Source)

Space Force

Back in 2019, President Trump created a new branch of the military called “Space Force.” The official reason he did this was for the following reason: “Space is the world’s newest warfighting domain,” Trump said at Andrews. “Amid grave threats to our national security, American superiority in space is absolutely vital. We’re leading, but we’re not leading by enough, and very shortly, we’ll be leading by a lot.” (Source)

At the time, Trump was mocked incessantly by Hollywood and pretty much everyone else for doing this. However ridiculous it seemed at the time, this move is not without precedence. In 1947, the Army Air Force was separated into two separate branches. Thus, separating the Air Force from the Space Force seeks to further delineate the challenges as the borders of our military capabilities continue to expand off-world.

At present, the Space Force will share the same relational position with the Air Force that the Marine Corps has with the Department of the Navy. Like the Marine Corps, the Space Force will share equal representation at the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) level. The focus will be on protecting US assets in and around Earth and focusing specifically on outer space as a domain (i.e., land, sea, cyber, and air). The ARRO office, therefore, seems to have been established as both the DoD’s and Congress’s means of establishing oversight for what is increasingly appearing in our skies and challenging our world’s leaders’ understanding of the nature of reality and non-human activity around our planet.

I’m just speculating here, but there could be another reason why President Trump created the Space Force. Could Trump be following in JFK’s footsteps? By approving its creation, was he either intentionally, or inadvertently throwing a grenade into the deep state’s stranglehold over their most secretive and prized possessions? It could be argued that with the creation of the Space Force (and the joint warfighting function of Space Command), he was laying the foundation for what would become the inevitable and increasing demand for oversight over rogue intelligence agencies. Stands to reason that a Space Force would ultimately become the agency responsible for dealing with UFOs since that is their “domain” and by so doing, would force Congress to strip the covert protections and black budgets the intelligence community has enjoyed since the 1940s.

If we were to go back to the morning of September 10, 2001, the newly appointed Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld held a press conference in which he made a mind-boggling announcement (at the 7:57-7:59 min mark) by saying that the DoD had lost track of 2.3 trillion dollars. Of course, we all remember what happened the very next day, and that admittance, as stunning as it was, was lost in the emerging crisis of 9/11 for years to come. Not to sound conspiratorial, but we must note that the one plane which struck the Pentagon, just so happened to crash into one of the more particular parts of the five-sided building. From the Post Gazette, dated Sunday, December 16, 2001:

One Army office in the Pentagon lost 34 of its 65 employees in the attack. Most of those killed in the office, called Resource Services Washington, were civilian accountants, bookkeepers, and budget analysts. They were at their desks when American Airlines Flight 77 struck the building.

It’s been long understood and even tolerated that both the DoD and the Intelligence communities seem to operate with both legal (taxpayer-funded) and illegal (self-funded) operations. While the former is haggled and squabbled over amongst the numerous government agencies like pigs at the trough, it seems the Intelligence world does so only to preserve the covert nature of their black budget operations (i.e., organized crime shakedowns, drug trade, pump & dump economics, and other illicit activities). What seems to be their most prized resource, is their reverse engineering of alien technology.

What I’ve stated before I will state again, don’t look at what they’re showing you. Look at what they’re not showing. Take the fabled Area 51 (Groom Lake, Nevada) for example. They will hide that ultra-secretive military base behind the façade of necessary classified flight testing operations for surveillance aircraft like the A-12, U-2 spyplane, SR71 Blackbird, and F-117 Knighthawk but even that may be the smoke screen for what they are really hiding.

Alien tech.

Sounds crazy I know.

But as crazy as actual military footage of aircraft breaking the laws of physics?

Project Blue Beam

For those not familiar with the topic, Project Blue Beam is a modern secular theory that NASA and the United Nations would, through advanced technology, create a fake Second Coming of Christ. This subject was first proposed as a fictional storyline in the 1970s by author Gene Roddenberry (of Star Trek fame). However, it is most popularly associated with Canadian investigative journalist Serge Monast (who mysteriously died at the age of 51) as Project Blue Beam. According to Monast, Project Blue Beam would accomplish three things:

1. To abolish all religions and replace them with a one-world new-age religion based on the “cult of man”.

2. Abolish all national identities to create a “one-world” movement.

3. To remove the notion of “family” and force everyone to work for a new one-world Government.

As ridiculous and far-fetched as Project Blue Beam seems to the mainstream press and secular governments, the question we must ask is, is it really? I think we would all agree that George Orwell’s 1984 seemed equally ridiculous and far-fetched until we actually started living in it in the post-9/11 era. As the quote I am fond of using so aptly states, things often go from impossible to inevitable, without ever going through improbable. Furthermore, Gene Roddenberry (an atheist) did not come up with this idea of a fake Second Coming of Christ out of thin air. Jesus Himself was the first to discuss this of false messiahs coming.

And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many …“Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. – Matt. 24:4-5, 24-25

If you go on to the internet and do a search for Project Blue Beam, you will note two prominent themes that lend credence to the idea that satan doesn’t want people to believe it. The first is the ad hominem attacks on Monast as some wild-eyed conspiracy theorist. Secondly, Project Blue Beam is being gratuitously labeled as a “conspiracy theory.” Remember, the enemy always attacks those things it most desperately seeks to discredit.

However, it is interesting to me how closely PBB resembles what the bible says will actually happen in the last days with regard to the strong delusion and the coming global totalitarian kingdom of the antichrist in Revelation 13. It appears our great enemy satan is using UFOs, aliens, and other mysteries as a smoke screen to desensitize the masses for the day of Christ to appear as some kind of mass abduction event.

“The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” – 2 Thess. 2:9-12

Conclusion

At the geopolitical level, there appears to be a civil war of sorts brewing under the surface over the issue of disclosure. On one hand, you have the Department of Defense openly advocating for disclosure so they can go forth and expand into this new domain with the newly minted Space Force. New domains mean more money, new technologies, more power, and further military expansion to off-world missions. For them, it is the opportunity to ensure American dominance and relevance in the new era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things, Quantum technologies, off-world exploration, and Artificial Intelligence by means of alien technologies.

On the other, clandestine intelligence agencies like their secret technology because it a) gives them incredible leverage, and b) allows them to continue executing and funding their black budget projects unimpeded by things like rules, processes, and oversight (imagine drug smuggling in an antigravity vehicle). Furthermore, they understand all too well that we (Americans) are not alone. Other nations’ intelligence agencies around the world are actively pursuing the same things.

So what does this mean for Christians in the last days?

It is increasingly clear to me (and perhaps you) that this issue of forced disclosure of non-human technologies and entities, as well as the creation of the Space Force seems to be coming to a head at exactly the same time as the world is being pressed into a new world order (i.e., the Great Reset). Now that might seem like a highly charged conspiratorial statement, but what else can we call the globalist initiatives that seem determined to reset American geopolitical dominance? If you take these agendas in their own words and boil them down to their most basic element, they all seek to fundamentally transform the world we live in today.

The world we live in today is largely dominated by a 20th-century American-led, US dollar-based, global economy. The world they want to take us to in the next seven years (via these varied initiatives and agendas) is that of a multipolar world (no nation dominates another), imperial (globally taxed), regionalized (minimizing nationalism), confederacy (military, economic coalitions) operating under a singular digital universal basic income surveillance currency managed by a small, powerful group of elites (i.e., an oligarchy).

In other words, the world of today is racing toward the world of Revelation 13 with increasing speed and intensity.

So how will the UN, WEF, and other globalist-minded entities transform the world of today into that of the Great Reset? They will do what they’ve always done which is to crisis to solidify their control over the nations of the world.

So what is this coming great crisis?

To the believer, it will be the Rapture of the Church.

To the world, it will be the arrival of extraterrestrial visitors.

Sidebar: among the primary purposes of the mark of the beast (buying, selling, inclusion, worship, loyalty, etc.) the mark may also be promoted as being done for “your protection” to keep you from getting snatched off the earth.

While this part is not being said out loud at present by the mainstream press and politicians, UFO Disclosure seems closely tied to this coming global change as “the cause.” Their arrival, at precisely the same time just after the Rapture of the Church will be the catalyst that will lead into the strong delusion. The foundation for this strong delusion may be rooted in the idea that man has to unite against some outside threat. When mankind unites (just like at Babel), they are willing to set everything aside and succumb to one system. President Reagan prophetically noted in a speech he gave at the United Nations back in 1987 by saying-

“Perhaps we need some outside universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.” (Source)

It’s interesting to me that in this day and age when the skies and heavens are being filled with all sorts of mysteries and intrigues, is the same domain in which Jesus tells us to be watching. For example, if Jesus had said that one day He would return out of the ground or would rise out of the sea, I’m certain that either of those physical domains would now be the contested hotbed for which a burgeoning alien crisis would arise from. Instead, Jesus says…

“And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Luke 21:25-26 (my emphasis)

In scripture, Jesus gives us the direction we should be paying attention towards…ie., skywards, and we are to look up and keep our gaze heavenwards. This same direction is now being littered with these alien spacecraft and all manner of optical illusions and threats. So what does this mean for the believers faithfully watching for our Lord? It means, given the frenzied increase in non-human activity in our skies, and the world racing toward a global government, we are not long for this world.

“Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” – Luke 21:28 (my emphasis)

Even so, Maranatha!

Sorry but imo this is farfetched, this disclosure thing imo won't happen, doesn't make sense to me at all, doesn't mean that I'm right.

I'm surprised at how uninterested everyone seems to be in aliens, given that we've basically been told they're real.
10 years ago people would have flipped out!
It’s actually very strange how people don’t realize a lot of the whistle blowers are actually very credible people, not some random obscure dude who lives in the middle of nowhere and hasn’t had a haircut in months.

I personally think people are too distracted by the world to care about anything. Sports, social media, tv movie binging, video games, and the hustle of life keep most people too distracted. Most of my friends usually have no idea what’s going on in the news, or even seem to care, unless it’s affecting their lives directly. I actually tried to bring this up, and they told me they had not heard anything about it. I mean it’s literally been all over the news.

It’s why Jesus says that day (start of tribulation) will catch the whole world like a trap. Sadly, they won’t even realize they have entered the worse period in human history until it’s too late.

Most don’t care about alien news until they actually physically show up, and affect their lives at a personal level. I think after the rapture people will start to realize how serious everything is. In my opinion this is part of the great decision.

Out of curiosity, what seems far fetched? The idea of aliens as their great deception? Or the disclosure happening?

I get Aliens stuff is weird, I wouldn’t blame any Christian for not thinking any of it is significant.

Which is exactly the part of the movie "Independence Day" that I loved... so can definitely see it happening after the Rapture.

That was an awesome part of the movie!

In real life though I can see human govts doing what the individual Gaulish chieftains tried w/ the Romans or the subordinate tribes dominated by the Aztecs attempted with the Spanish conquistadores; trying to cut back room deals and form temporary treaties with the "aliens" to allow the human govts to jockey for position over their terrestrial enemies.

All the while, the supposed aliens using the semblance of these "agreements" as a divide and conquer maneuver to methodically wipe out one threat after the other with minimal loss to themselves.

At least that's what I think would happen with an actual, aggressive humanoid species that truly came from another place and wished to exploit us or our planet.

In reality, I think the supposed "aliens" (demons)will be "peaceniks" full of koomba yah, seeking to show mankind the path to enlightenment and truly lasting peace with ascended knowledge ...which will just happen to lead directly away from anything to do with Jesus Christ as the sole means to salvation for sinful humanity.

They will probably tell humanity that THEY are the ones who "seeded" us "millions of years ago" and have come back to us in order to save us from ourselves. And people will eat that right up because it will pander to their desire to "be as gods."

THIS! This is 100% what's wrong with our nation (and most western nations) and it's exactly how the WEF and other orgs like them will ultimately enslave all of the West with nary a shot being fired.

The whole Covid/associated Lockdown really DID change people in a very fundamental way. It feels like it broke a lot of peoples spirit and they turn even harder to "keeping busy" or distracting themselves so they don' have to REALLY think about what happened (and how quickly and willingly they surrendered their freedoms) and how it's very, very likely that worse stuff will happen at some point in the future.

As long as people don't experience THAT (lockdown) level of inconvenience, they just put their heads down and plod on with their bread and circuses.

By the time people actually figure out they're living in a combo of 1984 and Brave new world, they will not even be able to fight back if they wanted to. My friends and family are the same way; they think I'm very intense and "too much focused on the bad." But in my Pre Christian days, I also loved UFO stuff, cryptids, all that cool metaphysical stuff, so I've always been a little off. :)

Don't think this disclosure will happen, and the alien bit, parts of the world maybe but not all of it.

Over the years there have been many whistle blowers from the federal government making claims about UFOs. Grusch is just the latest, and his claims are no more credible than the rest.

I'm simply tired of hearing it. If aliens were really visiting us, there'd be no way for the government to hide it.

And as Pete Garcia goes, trying to bring aliens into the doctrine of the Blessed Hope does not give it credibility. It only makes it sound more like science fiction. The New Testament writers did not do this.

Blood bought child of the King of kings.
Aliens DO NOT EXIST.
Demon/Filthy Spirits however do.
Man is the crown jewel of all God's creations.
Aliens are the secular substitute for demons and demonic activity and manifestations.
The earth is moaning and groaning , and the abyss is restless.
Even animals and insects are acting out of the normal construct beyond the obvious taint of sin and the fractures caused by sin in this fractured fallen world encased in sin due to pride and rebellion against a Holy and Righteous God, The Lord Jesus Christ , the ONLY true living God.
The hour is getting late...

YES. If aliens existed and they travelled a distance we cant even imagine, then I would assume their technology is far superior to anything we have. Yet somehow, we have detained some, hidden from everyone? To quote Colonel Sherman Potter “mule fritters”.

Aliens do not exist except in big screens at the theatre.

Its all about Jesus and your relationship with Him
Aliens DO NOT EXIST. ...

So what's all the fuss over the border with Mexico about ..... :wink2

I suspect society is being so conditioned not to trust anyone, and treat the Star or Philly Inquirer as gospel (isnt that the base plot line of Men in Black)

That some Ai production "unveiling" the reality of aliens amongst us will receive more credibility than the pictures of lines waiting to get Taylor Swift tickets.

I respect both of you as my family in Christ, but I am going to disagree with both here and I will kindly and respectfully explain why.

We shouldn’t believe in aliens as taught in science fiction, but fallen angels/ demonic forces masquerading as aliens is very plausible. I personally would not discredit a phenomenon simply because we have seen it on the big screens all our lives. This might precisely be the enemy’s work in our generation brainwashing the masses and “rebranding” demons/fallen angels to be accepted in our western culture as “beings” from another planet. Scripture is clear, it is Satan who deceives the nations, his the god of this age, and prince of this world. The enemy has his tentacles in the government, media, education, and so many other places. I use to think all this alien talk is foolish until you get passed the stigma you realize it’s much darker, and the lost world is buying into this nonsense because they have been brainwashed all their lives because of movies like Star Wars, Independence Day, Star Trek etc.
Over the years there have been many whistle blowers from the federal government making claims about UFOs. Grusch is just the latest, and his claims are no more credible than the rest.

The reason this is being taken serious and even going to a congressional hearing in July 26th is first, there was a whistleblower protection law that was passed allowing people to come forward this year and get protection. Second, when you have high ranking U.S intelligence officers, retired U.S marine, and other Air Force pilots all describing the same thing you have two options. Either our high ranking military is filled with crazy conspiracy theorist who for some reason want to destroy their own reputation for nothing, or they are describing what they have seen or heard from people they work with. It’s one thing when a random person makes this claim, but here it’s actually intelligent patriot Americans who are smart enough to fly F-35s/F-22s and have worked in well established U.S military branches. These are the people coming forward saying that a part of the U.S government has had secret program for retrieving crashed UFO technology, some have even seen this reversed technology in use. They are either crazy, or are telling us what they have seen.

I'm simply tired of hearing it. If aliens were really visiting us, there'd be no way for the government to hide it.

Hiding something like this is very possible due to the compartmentalization used to classify certain information. It’s a know fact, the U.S has lots of classified information regarding this topic, they have mentioned this numerous times. This UFO talk has caught the attention of many in congress because when they tried to investigate the claims of these whistleblowers who started increasing, they kept getting strange push backs from Intelligence community, Pentagon, NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration. These agency/admins simply don’t deny it, but can’t give any details because it’s “classified”. Hence, there some members of Congress who are pushing for a hearing on July 26 (I don’t think it will go far), but they realized even they are being kept in the dark about this.

We agree to disagree, but I would urge Christians to at least keep an eye on this, as strange as it may seem.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

I’m not sure how events will play out after the rapture. It could be this is the deception Satan uses to lie to the masses on where we went. The more information that comes out about these “aliens”, most Christians who have looked into it describe it as very demonic. As the church we could sound the alarm in advance and expose this lie for what it is. Even if it’s Satans future explanation for the rapture, those left behind will at least remember that Christian’s did warn them of the true nature of this “alien” phenomenon.

To simply discredit it as science fiction in my opinion might not be the best move at the moment.

Edit: Just wanted to be clear. I do NOT believe in aliens from other planets exist. I do however, think what people might be seeing could be explained as demonic/fallen angels. God created angels (some fell), mankind, and living creatures (birds, fish, land animals etc).

Anything is possible imo.

I’m by know means an expert on this subject. But I believe I read something a while back where it was stated that very few, if any, Bible believing, born again Christians have had “alien” encounters. Not sure how you would document the religious beliefs of people who claim to have had encounters, but I thought I would throw this idea out there.
