Days Of The Week..

Does anyone know how the days of the week got their names? Was wondering today about the history of the naming of the days of the week. Especially Monday. Monday in some way, shape or form must be cursed. Nothing good seems to happen on Monday. I've even had weeks where every day has been Monday. So, anyone out there know the history of the names of the days that could put some biblical understanding to this?

Monday is "moon day" from ancient Greek culture

I remember learning some of the Norse names for days of the week from the Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego computer game. Wonder if they'll be renamed when Jesus returns?

Good thought.
In the MK things will be new and fresh.
I believe just about everything will have a new name for the most part.
Definitely no paganistic names attached to anything.
