A targeted attack on the Nord Stream pipelines would serve to demonstrate how energy is increasingly being weaponized by certain countries.

A reported gas leak in a Russian pipeline under the Baltic Sea appears to come at the worst possible time as tensions over Ukraine increase and European countries fear a winter of discontent. According to reports published Tuesday, European countries "scrambled to investigate unexplained leaks in two Russian gas pipelines running under the Baltic Sea near Sweden and Denmark." The incident comes the same day as reports noted the launch of Baltic Pipe, a line that will give Poland and Denmark gas from Norway.

What does this mean? Sweden says there are two leaks in the Nord Stream 1 pipeline, both of which occured shortly after a leak on the nearby Nord Stream 2 pipeline was discovered that had prompted Denmark to restrict shipping within a five-nautical mile radius. According to statements from Sweden on the matter, the damage is “unprecedented.”

These explosions happened more than 200 feet underwater, so this was a professional hit. It's possible, but I doubt that your average group of environmentalists could pull this off. I don't want to jump to any conclusions here, but more than likely it would take a government. I would also bet that this has more to do with international politics than it does climate change. Whoever did this had committed an act of war.

These explosions happened more than 200 feet underwater, so this was a professional hit. It's possible, but I doubt that your average group of environmentalists could pull this off. I don't want to jump to any conclusions here, but more than likely it would take a government. I would also bet that this has more to do with international politics than it does climate change. 200 feet is doable. 2000 feet would require more equipment and knowledge.

I can't imagine any good reason for Russia to do it themselves. They've shown they can make any excuse they want to stop the flow through the pipeline(s) without destroying their own property.

The first country I'd put on the list, if it was a country, would be Ukraine. Zelenski has spared no effort to get the west directly involved in the war.

I looked it up on YouTube and it shocked me. Biden and Nuland may have done it. If so they've given Russia cause for all out war. Fools.

Even so, I wonder if somehow Zelensky is involved. He seems to have an inside track with the Bidens.

I still wouldn't rule out Russia although after hearing Tucker's case against Biden and Nuland, I place them in third.

Who benefits? The big crime question.

The Biden administration-- creates chaos anyways but has shown a unique talent to make matters worse wherever they go, whether it's Israel, Afghanistan, or this Ukraine situation. Biden's connections to the Ukraine mafia types are documented, along with his attempted obedience to what his globalist handlers demand. War is on his to do list for whatever weird reason-- I suppose it's good for the globalists and bankers to increase war.

Ukraine-- gives a blow to their enemy Russia right where it hurts. But it also gives Russia an excuse to declare all out war, which they were on the verge of anyways, within days of the pipeline explosion. And it hurts their allies in Europe. But the oligarchs of the Ukraine are benefiting from all the war spending in the BILLIONS that America is pouring their way so war is great for them too.

Russia-- this gives them their casus belli, the reason to declare war. If they decide that Ukraine is behind this, they have even more reason to get the job done there by whatever means. Lavrov and Medvedev are Putin's right hand guys, and both of them have been threatening nukes for a while now. Putin often uses them to make his points. It's not unheard of to do a false flag, -- do something nasty against your own interests to follow a greater interest.

But I have another idea.

That the Lord is allowing a delusion on whoever did this, so that they would do something they normally wouldn't. This situation as it is presented doesn't really make sense.

So when something doesn't make sense, it's time to ask how does this fit into the prophetic profile? Because in the last 2 decades a lot of stuff happens that doesn't make sense and I'm left looking at prophecy and the Word of God which says that God moves the king's heart wherever God wills. Proverbs 21:1 "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will."

and the Gog Magog invasion of Israel springs to mind. This means that the new Baltic pipeline and Israel's LNG exports thru Egypt up to Europe will be filling the needs of Europe.

That means Israel is gaining riches and strength and coming to Russia's attention more and more.

My thoughts exactly. How could the well-versed prophecy watcher not see this. Russia, I believe is just about ready to take a back seat to Israel in supplying gas to Europe. Not going to go over very well. Can you say...spoil. With all this unfolding before our very eyes, how close our liftoff must be.

I honestly wonder if Israel is responsible. Plenty of coast line to launch from near the reported sites and they are no stranger to covert ops. I know people that run further in singe out board gulf boats to fish than you’d have to go from Sweden to get to the spots marked in the articles.

NOPE. Not in their wheelhouse to pick a fight with Russia.

They view Russia as a friend. They bend over backwards to maintain friendly relations especially so that they can continue to bomb the daylights out of Iranian outposts in Syria. Russia is already grumpy at them for the very limited support they gave the Ukraine at the UN and things are getting difficult in Syria for Israel to take care of business as a result.

Israel is still trying to get Jews out of Russia into Israel but Russia retaliated after the UN vote by shutting down their programs in Russia that have been going on with Russian blessing for decades now.

Right now Russia is holding a number of Jews inside Russia essentially hostage, ensuring Israel's cooperation.

Israel walks a tightrope with Russia and doesn't need the grief. Which lines up with their utter lack of defence against Russia when Gog Magog takes place.

I’m having a hard time seeing how this was a smart play for anyone in the eu, unless they are so far down the green rabbit hole they’d rather freeze than burn natural gas.

I don't think it could be called random sabotage since two specific pipelines were targetted. Anybody who can triangulate or use GPS and can scuba dive could have done it. Some diving certificates limit a diver to 130 feet... doesn't mean you couldn't choose to go deeper. My deepest dive was at least 130 feet, but I just did it so I could say I did it... I didn't linger. Most of the good stuff a person dives for is near the surface. Other certificates can dive to about 330 feet. In any case a diver could have stopped at 100 feet and dropped the charges on a line, adjusting for drift. It could be done from a surface vessel too, add an underwater camera and you could put the charge from the surface right at the pipeline. Easy peasy. Could have been Green Peece. Even thunberg and/or her parents could have pulled it off so long as they could acquire the explosives and detonator.
