Concern for queens health.

Family gathering in Scotland, royal household flying up from Buckingham Palace on RAF flight.

This sounds very serious, only yesterday she hosted the new PM and the photo of that handshaking was published and Her Majesty was standing, albeit with her walking stick, and had a nice smile going.

24 hours later and it seems she has descended badly.

I believe she is saved and a Christian, looks like she's going home by the press releases..

All the Queen's children are gathering at, or are travelling to, her Scottish estate near Aberdeen.
"Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision," a statement said.
The Queen is "comfortable", it added.
It is very unusual for Buckingham Palace to put out a statement like this - it is usually unwilling to provide a commentary on the 96-year-old monarch's medical matters, which are seen as private.
Prince Charles has travelled to Balmoral with his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall.
The Duke of York and the Count and Countess of Wessex are travelling to the Scottish estate, about 40 miles (64km) west of Aberdeen.
The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, was already in Scotland undertaking engagements and is in Balmoral.
The Duke of Cambridge is also on his way, with the Duchess of Cambridge remaining in Windsor with their children on their first full day at school.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were due to attend a charity event in London, are travelling to Balmoral, said a spokeswoman.
Barriers are being placed outside one of the entrances to the estate.

Maybe, but the King or Queen to my understanding only have a ceremonial role in the affairs of Britain. The Prime Minister is the leader.
That is true, but I would not be surprised if he reclaimed major political powers, particularly in light of some global or otherwise severe issue to come.

She has passed.
Sad news. It is my understanding that she was a believer and one of her dearest friends was Billy Graham. I’m sorry that we lack anyone fit enough to represent our country at her funeral. If Charles is smart he will take George as his regnal name and become George VII. If he does may he wisely follow the examples of George V, George VI and his amazing mother, Elizabeth II. Kings named Charles didn’t end up well in England.

He's becoming king Charles the third.
