Church of Scotland - boasting that the majority of presbyteries support conducting same sex marriages.

The Church of Scotland is announced, in positive, pride - filled enthusiasm, that the majority of their presbyteries are in favour of conducting same sex marriages. This is ahead of a vote this May at the General Assembly. It is not that many years ago when I was a member of the CofS that they were trying to decide if ministers could be in same sex relationships. That of course led to debate on whether same sex relationships are approved by God. At the time it was approved, but it was debated and the Church was let's say cautious in pushing for it. The caution is long gone as they now announce that "love is love" and show their true colours and the direction they want the church to move in.

The Church of Scotland is now just a political campaign group (left wing, socialist), dressed up in religious language. I'm sorry to say it is hard to even see it as a church now. I think they are wrong on almost everything - but I realise that these are my beliefs. I could be wrong about their political and social stances (although I don't think I am - having prayed about them all, and God having changed my views since I became a believer). However, when it comes to same sex marriages, or their complete lack of any interest in the Gospel, I am standing on what the Bible clearly says; while they are bending Scripture in all sorts of ways, or simply rejecting it to get their views. It is shocking how people who are self proclaimed messengers of God have got it so wrong. And telling that they have very little interest in Jesus - or that is my impression from how little interest they have in Him compared to climate change, politics, social issues etc.

The fake church is ready and waiting for the Tribulation times. I would really encourage anyone who is in the CofS to pray seriously if God wants you there. He might, as a witness, but He may wish you to leave so that they are not campaigning on issues you disapprove of in your name.

Praising my Savior all the day long!

Being social warriors is a type of religion, human minds that reject God and His law will believe anything that is not true, they rather believe a lie than real truth. Anything that sets itself up above the authority of God is his enemy, these people don't realize they are in peril, and further are prideful and want sin, the opposite of true believers who want God in their lives and look to Him for every blessing he gives, including a sound mind.

Everlasting Life

Through Faith in Jesus
It is shocking how people who are self proclaimed messengers of God have got it so wrong.

Indeed it is. I think we're seeing the full fruits of spiritual poison that's been steadily fed to people rather than God's nourishing word.

Not only are they wrong but in flat out rebellion and positioning themselves in opposition to God. Right where satan wants them. One can see the spiritual war that's being engaged in.

In this time of grace there is still opportunity to repent and place faith in Jesus. People need to get out from satan's moving against them and from being in opposition to God in rebellion, of Whom will most certainly deal with sin that's not repented of and placed at the cross to be cleansed by the blood of Jesus through reliant faith in Him. And continued faith in yeilding to Christ in their lives as His Word clearly instructs..... for their very good.

Sinner saved by the blood of Jesus
“For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

There are several people in my church who recently came from the CoS , several of them said that, they remained in the Church of Scotland to act as a witness, salt and light etc. But in the end they came to the conclusion they were wasting their time. The hardest people to reach- those who have a form of Godliness but deny it's power. God Bless :)

ItIsFinished!

Blood bought child of the King of kings.
Sad to be proud of supporting something so against the Bible. :(
Definitely sad and definitely pathetic.
To many in church leadership that God did not call into that position.
Alot of them are not even saved.
Satan's pawns.

Ever so proud of their FAKE marriage.
Flaunting their abomination before the world to see.
Thinking they pulled one over.
Absolutely pure pride.

I am a former member of the RCC and I "feel your pain" as we say. I have RCC friends that I tried to witness to a few weeks back and they are the most difficult people to reach. The brainwashing is so complete. I will try again next time I see them.

Do You Believe ?
There is sadness for those who think they can only find love in strange flesh. So many have been abused in mind and body.
God is merciful to even them and we should do likewise.

But to have ministers of church commit such heresy is without excuse. They know the Word of God.

Even if such disobedience is motivated by compassion, one cannot contradict God, so their actions become blasphemous.

How much heavier the judgment on those who know better and teach otherwise.

I have a few Catholic relatives still, talking about faith on a superficial level is easy but you're right, try to go deeper and the resistance is there. Lord have mercy :)
