Now what (who)? I can‘t imagine his replacement will be someone with the people’s best interest at heart.Boris Johnson has resigned with immediate effect, more tomorrow.
Which would most likely be what?https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-politics-65860705
Here we are.
Summary
- Boris Johnson stepped down as an MP on Friday evening claiming he was “forced out of Parliament” over Partygate
- Last night Johnson saw in advance a report by a committee over whether he misled Parliament, and in an explosive statement called the committee a “kangaroo court”
- Nadine Dorries also resigned on Friday. It had been expected that she would received an honour from Johnson, but didn’t
- A third MP – Nigel Adams – resigned on Saturday meaning the Conservatives are now facing three by-elections
- Labour deputy leader Angela Rayner called Johnson a “coward” who “doesn’t accept responsibility for his own actions”
- But his former advisor, Will Walden, says he doesn’t think this is the end for Johnson – “he is preparing himself for what might be next”
Don't understand your question.Which would most likely be what?![]()

In response to the last part of the post “he is preparing himself for what might be next”.Don't understand your question.
Knowing Boris he'll go into background say do nothing pick his time then come back if able. Ànother tory has quit, going to cause lot of trouble for the tories, Labour as usual are asking to vote have another election, imo Labour going to win next election anyway. In response to the last part of the post “he is preparing himself for what might be next”.
Thanks for the explanation. No matter what part of the world, it’s the “same old, same old” corruption and love of power.Knowing Boris he'll go into background say do nothing pick his time then come back if able. Correct, have a carrot. Thanks for the explanation. No matter what part of the world, it’s the “same old, same old” corruption and love of power.
Is this a “witch hunt” by corrupt people like our EVIL government, to try to take out someone who is trying to do the right thing?Speaking of which, nicola sturgeon first minister of SNP has been arrested in the inquiry of their finances.
Nope Nicola Sturgeon is corrupt tooIs this a “witch hunt” by corrupt people like our EVIL government, to try to take out someone who is trying to do the right thing?
Or is this person also corrupt? These days the people in power all over the world are trying to “eliminate“ their
“competition“.
I don’t think I ever remember such a domino effect. Something is coming..Jumping ship seems to be the thing to do anymore............... I think the last PM left after just about a month or so, didn't she?
But, it seems to be happening all over............ countries leaders are either resigning or taken over by coups, dealing with life threatening
health issues, or leaving of their own accord. The world is certainly in a place of uncertainty and chaos. It would be a good time for us
to be taken out of here, don't you think???
Today would be fine with me..............
Time will tell, her husband had also been arrested released without charge, its ongoing. My opinion its the couple themselves. Is this a “witch hunt” by corrupt people like our EVIL government, to try to take out someone who is trying to do the right thing?
Or is this person also corrupt? These days the people in power all over the world are trying to “eliminate“ their
