Change of plans. We were watching Pioneer Woman and she was making pulled pork sandwiches and Mac was just drooling . I have some Loyds pulled pork and chicken tubs in the freezer and fresh buns that I bought yesterday, so that is what is for supper tonight. I'll do the ham supper tomorrow.

We didn't go to Steak n Shake last night like I planned, because Aron wanted to use his Dominos Pizza gift card. So tonight will be a chill mac supreme for me, and whatever he wants. Then I need to drive him back to school so he can play the bass drum with the school band at their high school football game.

I did up the leftover cold chicken in the broth jelly from cooking it along with a tin of chicken noodle soup. George said he needed chicken soup. Came out like a stew, but it was nice.

Tonight, along with a salad and some brown rice, I had one big King Crab leg, and it was enough.

Tonight we had salmon, brown rice and beans, and a salad. For lunch we had salted mackeral packaged in Korea (I love it). It tastes a lot better than canned mackeral... Also, there was pig ears and some kind of spicy beef. Pig ears seems to be a favorite in this house. I tried them a few years ago and now leave them for others...
