The last of the Chinese Food, let's hope it doesn't give us the collywobbles. We bought it on Sunday night when we got home-- just enough for dinner and it's Wednesday. Probably ok, but if you don't hear from me for a few, you'll know I seriously miscalculated the age of the leftovers.

I'll start cooking tomorrow.

I loved the date bar mix! No rush on the recipe, but I look forward to seeing it and trying to make the bars taste as good as I remember them.

I think they used to make a mix for apricot bars, too............ I used to make both to give as gifts at the holidays back in the 60's-70's.

I LOVE Date Bars, looking forward to seeing your recipe. Sounds lovely.

George bbq'd the steaks and they were lovely. He had peas, I had an apple which I was craving.
