The last of the Chinese Food, let's hope it doesn't give us the collywobbles. We bought it on Sunday night when we got home-- just enough for dinner and it's Wednesday. Probably ok, but if you don't hear from me for a few, you'll know I seriously miscalculated the age of the leftovers.

I'll start cooking tomorrow.
We'll be splitting a small filet mignon steak from the freezer, and twice baked potatoes tonight.
Maybe a green salad, to boot...........

Last night was grass-fed lamb gyros on whole wheat naan, with lots of organic GARLIC, ONIONS, and FETA, and tzatziki. Choice of dark chocolate or OJ

Tonight, grass-fed HAMBURGERS, on whole wheat, burnt ONIONS, choice of salad or organic Kosher dill pickles, and choice of ice cream or OJ
