Blessed Hope-Prepare To Fly!
Eye of the round steak, baked potatoes, and buttered corn.
George gets us Strip Loins from Costco. It's the boneless loin strip with the Filet and the T bone removed. I think you call it New York cut but I'm not sure. Costco cuts them thick and we like them really rare. Lately they haven't been consistent in the cuts though, with one end being thin, the other thick, makes it hard to bbq. What cuts of steak did yoy enjoy? Sirloin? Filet Mignon? Porterhouse? Rib-Eye? Beef lovers want to know.

My comment about the way tilapia is raised is clearly written on the back of the package. The Chinese throw all sorts of unclean things into their ponds, and I can't imagine that any fish raised there could be very healthy.I started to describe how they're farmed to my wife and then thought she'd be more likely to eat it if she didn't know.
