President Biden is expected to announce a ban on Russian oil imports to the U.S. on Tuesday morning amid bipartisan pressure, FOX Business has learned, as Russia continues its invasion of Ukraine for a thirteenth day.

The president is set to make remarks from the White House on Tuesday morning, where he will announce "actions to continue to hold Russia accountable for its unprovoked and unjustified war on Ukraine."

As the war in Ukraine rages on, Americans are facing the surge in gas prices, and the Biden administration is facing calls from Republicans and Democrats in Congress, as well as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to ban imports of Russian oil, and increase domestic energy production.

Hard to imagine anything dumber. All it will do is push Russia into an even closer relationship with China and raise the price of oil even further. The elites have to be making a LOT of money off of the rapidly increasing price of oil.

Putin is about to take action. Never mind $200 / barrel of oil. How about $300?!! Think about your gas prices DOUBLING. Regular unleaded, at the lowest, is $4.79 where I live. Double that is $9.58. For most people on this forum, you're paying around $3.20, right? How about $6.40?! If the LORD tarries, be grateful we can still walk or ride a bicycle. We do have it better than the rest of the world. Count your blessings and be thankful. But keep looking up because Jesus is coming soon!

I am a liquid chemical freight broker, fuel surcharge jumped 7% in one week, this is not sustainable, my main commodity is liquid fertilizer and the inflationary jump I'm seeing JUST THIS WEEK (it's only Tuesday) is mind boggling. I quoted a customer on a shipment in late November...had to adjust the rate almost $2000.00 on a single load of fertilizer, that's just to ship the product. I'm so glad Our Heavenly Father owns it all and He can afford and will supply all our needs according to His riches and not ours.

A Tesla costs nearly as much as a Mercedes, can't afford them right now. I never liked the idea of fully-electric cars because if for some reason you run out of power, how are you going to get electricity from the charging station to your vehicle? Also, fueling up a gas-powered vehicle takes three minutes to go from empty to full-tank. But even with fast-charging, it can take several hours to power your all-electric vehicle to at least 80% capacity. If prices keep rising to ever unaffordable levels, I'll buy a foldable bike I can ride around and take inside the stores with me. A bicycle is totally green and can go 90 miles on a single hamburger.

Exactly. We have an older Chevy Volt that's a hybrid, would not want a fully electric car like my sister just bought. Very limiting. (I didn't want hubby to buy the Volt years ago and he was going to sell it in 2020... but after the election I knew we might need it again.)

I figured that the "controllers" would do something to raise the price of gasoline to heights never seen before, in order to push electric cars. The thing that is dumb about their plans, is that aging power grids throughout the Western nations will never be able to supply the power that will be needed to charge them up. The politicians have refused to put anything more than a pittance into upgrading the infrastructure to even begin to address that need. And, how do they intend to fuel all the extra electric generating capacity that will be needed. Coal, oil, natural gas?? Nuclear? Since some of the elites have been trying to corner the market on uranium, I would guess the latter--even though the N. American continent has VERY abundant supplies of coal (that could be made clean-burning) and natural gas. There's even a great deal of oil here. In putting the clamps on, it will guarantee that the poorest in the world will starve in the dark. Incredible evil is afoot in the world. Maranatha!

What annoys me is that we could have had oil from our own Alaskan backyard, but "Brandon" killed that on his very first day in office. He wanted to "build back better" by destroying our infrastructure so he could "reset" it the way the globalists want.

People who drive Teslas usually only use the stations if they are traveling somewhere past 300 miles since they can’t charge at their house. If you don’t normally travel around 300 miles you should be good once you charge it in your garage. I’m currently located in Texas, Dallas area. We don’t really get power outages (except for that crazy storm last year lol). So I wouldn’t consider a power outage as my main threat. So it does depend on location when you get an electric car.

Also apparently the batter is ensured for 8-10 years by the government because you know the government really likes this electric stuff, “good for the environment and all”. I’m no big fan of all this environment/climate change agenda, but hey if I’m going to save money count me in Lol.

But yes the price is high. A Tesla is like around 50-60k vehicle. But there is actually other electric cars now available. Ford is releasing a full electric truck (F-150 Lightning) starting at 40k, which is cheaper than your average Ford F-150 gas truck.

Of course, now the "controllers" have put out an SOS this a.m. stating, "Oh Noes! Russia supplies about 10% of the world's nickel supplies and where are we going to get THAT for our electric cars!!! (Hint for the dumb ones--Canada has an enormous "nickel belt" that will undoubtedly be used for supplies---er, that is, once the dumb ones profit enormously off of the increase in the price of their mining corporation stock. Hmm--maybe they're not so dumb after all--my bad.)

If Biden does not unchain the American oil industry all his import ban will do is harm the American people and make America weaker. And he knows it; it's his purpose. As I have pointed out before, a ruined economy makes communism easier to sell.

Biden is a lifelong traitor. He is pure evil, with his evil intent hidden behind the mask of a fool.

Everyone who took part in the Biden coup shares in the responsibility for this treason. And that includes not only the ones who produced and counted fake ballots, but also the members of Congress and the various state legislative bodies who voted to certify an election anyone with a brain knew at the time was a big fraud. And don't forget the smiling liars on TV and their internet comrades who covered it all up.
