Biden 'respects' Supreme Court despite abortion ruling, White House says
The US Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade court case on Friday that legalized abortion in the US in 1975.

President Joe Biden, who is weighing unilateral actions to counter an "extreme" ruling ending the US right to abortion, nonetheless "respects" the Supreme Court and sees no need to expand its membership, a spokesperson said.

Biden is looking for more "solutions" in the aftermath of the abortion decision, including possible unilateral executive orders, according to spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre. But, speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, she offered no timeline for the release of such orders and downplayed their significance: "Nothing could fill the hole that this decision has made," she said. "The only way to make that whole again is for Congress to act."

Still, Biden continues to respect the authority of the Supreme Court, Jean-Pierre said.

Why is it that on this forum, throughout many different political threads, there is name calling, making fun of dementia, and other words that probably should not be used by Christians, on a Christian forum?

We all know Biden is a terrible President, and his policies are hurting our country.

Maybe its just me getting older, but it bothers me when we resort to the rhetoric and name calling that is a common tactic on the left.

This thread is not the cause of my post, but all the others for the past few years.

I am a retired registered nurse and I don't make fun of people that have dementia or Alzheimers. It is horrible and gut wrenching to watch as a person declines and loses function from these diseases. It is quite obvious to the entire world that Joe has cognition issues bases on his slurring speech, numerous gaffes, beffudled behavior, tripping/stumbling, and need to have cue cards. It is outrageous that Biden is President and making decisions that affect the entire world.

Here is a laundry list of Biden's failures since he has been in office: Afghanistan withdrawal, massive inflation, stock market, gas prices, more covid deaths than President Trump, interest rates, baby formula shortages, etc. All of these failures makes me wonder who is really running the USA and why is the media covering for him? The poor and middle class are suffering dearly under Biden's leadership.

Biden is morally bankrupt and there is evidence from Hunter's laptop that he took bribes from Russia, China and the Ukraine during his tenure as Vice President. Don't forget 10% for the big guy. Why aren't Joe and Hunter being indicted for these crimes? There is also the matter of Joe's daughter and her diary where she claimed Joe took a shower with her when she was 11 years old. Why are these things being ignored by the media?

I certainly pray for our country and the leaders, but have ZERO respect for the shell of the man sitting as President. While I agree that some of the comments on social media may be childish I think that people are calling Joe out for his numerous failures and cognition issues. It almost seems like elder abuse as Joe continues to be the President.

We are dealing with demonic spirits that use people to do their evil! I understand Alzheimer so well because my dad had it and passed away from that March 10, 2005. Sorry to hear about your father! My mother had dementia before she passed and my mother in law is 87 with Alzheimers so it is truly the "Long Goodbye". Our minds wear out just like our physical bodies.

There is zero chance the Dems will investigate one of their own.

The Bidens problems are Ignored for now by the left congress and left controlled media, but after the GOP takes the house and senate, expect swift action. I would bet anything that the House GOP already has articles of impeachment drawn up, waiting for post November to take action.

Well said I'm a retired mental health nurse have worked on wards and care homes that specialise in dementia so have seen it done it sort of thing, and you have to be honest and call it for what it is.
