The initial creative being can only create things equal to or less than himself

Explanation:

This is a natural consequence of “The initial creative personal sentient being cannot create ex nihilo anything that is not already a part of or a characteristic of that being”.

Having nothing else to work with as a blueprint for creation than himself, the initial creative being could not put into creation anything greater than himself because nothing greater than or other than himself existed.
