God acts in ways to achieve an ultimate goal

Explanation:

Any acts that God takes or has taken that appear to be or have been harmful or immoral are not. God acts to achieve a final, ultimate goal. The process of achieving that end will sometimes necessitate God doing things that might appear harmful or immoral.

As human beings with a finite perspective it is not possible for us to view the full plan of God including all of the actions He must take in order to achieve His end. From God’s perspective all of the actions that He takes are just and justifiable in order to achieve a final end that is the best for his creation and His created beings.

The ultimate goal that God is going to achieve is the perfection of His creation and the redemption of as many of mankind to Himself that He can.
