Anyone tried keto diet?

Another suggestion for those tired of eggs for breakfast is one of my favorites. Plain full fat yogurt, preferably from grass fed cows with either blueberries or raspberries and chopped walnuts. Normally I put a generous sprinkle of cinnamon on top and mix it all up. If one is avoiding dairy, coconut milk yogurt can be used.
Almond yogurt is pretty yummy as well.
I’ve also tried sheeps milk yogurt but that’s hard to find.
